My scooty is under warranty and the dealer charged Rs 530 for free service.

After service my scooty is not working and when I contacted sec 7 Showroom karnal they say the controller is not working properly and they don't have a new controller and said now we can't do anything And the owner says I've left the company. So kindly please contact the karnal sec 7 showroom and help in my case.

Hi my name is SANDEEP, i am from KARNATAKA ( CHITRADURGA, dis ) i have 2 Okinawa scooty. One i took 2 and half years back and another is new around March of this year. When ever I go to your showroom always they will be having some problems only with every one. i am really very sorry for informing you but I don't have any other way, your Okinawa dealer hear in Chitradurga is very bed in service i am already tired fo his behavior. He is taking 3 months to do one small service. Always he is telling STORIES and he always tells LIE, he doesn't have any skilled labours for service only. Really this will give a very BAD IMPRESSION ON YOUR OKINAWA COMPANY. IF THIS CONTINUES MEANS YOUR OKINAWA WILL LOSE FAITH ON YOUR COMPANY AND PEOPLES WILL DIVERT TO OTHER COMPANY SIR. More than this i cont tell anything to you.

सर मैंने 30 जनवरी 2019 को okinawa Praise 2019 scooter Nitya Auto Mobile Nemawar Distt. Dewas M. p. से खरीदी थी जिसका R C No. MP05 MV 6453 है। जिसकी बैटरी dec 2019 से खराब हो गई है। मेरे द्वारा शो रूम संचालक को बताया गया की मेरी गाड़ी की बैटरी खराब हो गई है। कृपया आप इन्हे बदलकर नई बैटरी दे। शो रूम संचालक ने कहा 2,4 दिन me बैटरी आ जायेगी। मेरे द्वारा शो रूम संचालक को कई बार कहा गया पर हर बार 2 से 4 दिन मे आ रही है ऐसा कहा जाता रहा। पर आज तक बैटरी नही आई। और शो रूम बंद हो गया है।

I was purchased Okinawa praise pro in Bhubaneswar on date 4th October 2019. within one month I found shock absorber defect but they rectified . Again I found same problem after 15 days but they demanded money for service. Force me to give money. But your company give us one years warranty for whole bike and three years for battery & motor etc. These small things can affect your reputation & business.

I Yusuf Sabuwala from Molai Raj Motors Nasik (Authorised dealer of Okinawa Scooters).

This is to bring your notice that I haven't been paid the incentives as promised earlier by the company.

The sale target decided by the company and I have sold 114 units of Ridge and 218 units of Praise therefore I believe and deserve the incentives that is left unpaid from June 2018 to December 2018.

So kindly look into the matter and pay the dues as soon as possible so that I encouraged to do better in the future.

ओकीनावा स्कूटी RIDGE 30 अमर सेल्स कारपोरेशन उन्नाव के यहां 21 दिसंबर 2018 से खड़ी है अमर सेल्स कारपोरेशन उन्नाव के द्वारा मेरी गाड़ी की बैटरी 22 दिसंबर 2018 को कंपनी को क्लेम के लिए भेज दी गई थी कंपनी ने इस गाड़ी की बैटरी का क्लेम अभी तक नहीं दिया है मैंने गाड़ी 1 सितंबर 2018 को खरीदा था इस इस कंपनी की सर्विस बहुत खराब है ई-मेल तथा फोन करने पर भी कोई सही जवाब नहीं मिलता
