I ordered iphone 7 and battery of this mobile is very bad, whose battery health is 77%, which I had expected and the mobile is getting overheat. Provided charger is local and earphones not included in the box. Plz provide me proper mobile phone whose battery health should be atleast 90% and charger earphones should be original. I want to return my product but the issue showing "something went wrong please try later" its showing again and again. Please help me out. Return the product and refund my amount.

Hello everyone... I have purchased one iPhone 7 128gb which 2gud certificated as super condition. But it's not working & also I planned to get replacement but that option is not available so I have selected refund. They are send one unknowledged person as technician they even not have little bit knowledge about iPhone. After that person visit Next day I got sms like refund cancelled. So I talked with both jeeves vendor & 2gud both are said reopen the ticket so I have done same thing but after that without technician visit tickets has been closing. Please don't choose 2gud. I have purchased a mobile under like new category. I received the product on 16/10/20. Unfortunately the received product was really scrap. Because after fully charged it would draining very fast. After one hour without any use it would drain upto 88%. During draining test 98 to 83 in 10 minutes. And charger that I was received was not working and 1A charger. I requested replacement, unfortunately you are rejected. As a customer I have right to return unsatisfactory product.
