ALT Balaji Customer Care

I have recharged for ₹300,one year subscription, and it has been 5 days already and there's no response from the alt balaji yet. I've emailed to them many a times but no response. There's no customer care number too. I have no idea what to do, is it a fraud or they give no importance to customer once they pay the subscription charges.

Worst platform.
No response from the tech team. Subscription was not done though the payment was made. Complained so many times but no any help from support team.

I have subscribed on 29/11/2019 on alt balajii amount is deducted but now the app is not working asking again to subscribe

I have recharge ALTBalaji subscription few days back, but still not able to watch any show, Every time i click on any show message pop for subscription, which i already done and payment has deduct. i email on ALTBalaji complaint email but no response get from them side. please resolve this issue asa.

I hv tried numerous times to contact customer care thru my app - but no response. This is no way to treat the subscriber who is paying good money to support your business but wants to view the content. But nothing. No response from anyone. Very bad , and unprofessional behaviour. Not impressed especially being an overseas user.
If you hv such a huge subscription base then the follow up service should be available.
Don’t subscribe !!!!!! Once they start to lose business then they will realise the mistake.

I think we should take a legal action against Alt Balaji. That making people fools only. Charged for nothing. I have seen so many complaints but nobody cares in Alt Balaji.

Actually I have paid 100 rs through upi but it again shown subscription

I done payment on 24 dec 2019 of 100 rs by google pay and my subscription is not started. Even after so many mails sent to altbalaji people they do not revert. I have paid money and didn't get subscription even after 3 days. Are you here for fraud #altbalaji?

I pay for one year subscription on 18 December 2019 and it is 23 December today. Still not able to see any content. I emailed you many times and provide billing details but you still not revert back to me. Please help

Payment done twice but haven't recieved any subscription yet ! Have mailed them already but got no response? Is this the way you behave to your customers by not replying them for their queries! Instead of refunding the excess money paid wrongly...you ppl don't even bother to even reply ...? I haven't recieved the subscription though for the same even after paying twice then the actual amount...I haven't received my subscription..what kind of management you ppl have ? I want my money back !
