Refund Procedure
- If you booked through Website, then refunded amount will be credited in your account within 7-10 working days.
- If you booked through a travel agent, then the refund will be claimed from the travel agents/ portals.
- If you paid by cash or card, your refund will be sent to you electronically through NEFT by filling the Refund Form and sharing it on guest.relations@flybig.in
