- Click on "Card" tab
- Select "Request" under Credit or Debit Card, whichever applies
- Select "Credit Card hotlisting" or "Debit Card hotlisting" whichever applies
Report transactions not done by you
- To report credit card / debit card /net banking / UPI / Aadhaar enabled Payments System(AePS) transactions not done by you, call PhoneBanking number in your state if are a Resident Customer.

I had booked a ticket from IRCTC.CO.IN on 4th August'2011 from Aligrah to New delhi. The amount of Rs. 326/- was debited from my account but ticket had not been issued. please check and credit back into my account.

Unfair Charges on Salaried A/C
Not Able to withdraw Money from ATM- Acc no. 17511140011817
I'm not able to withdraw money from the ATM on my Debit card for account no. 17511140011817. Opened the account a Month back. Please help on the matter.

Sir,
I maintain a savings bank at HDFc BANK bearing the account no-04511610004173 and went to Central Bank Of India
ATM of HINJEWADIA on 31/07/2011 to withdraw cash Rs 2500 and the remark came'' sorry unable to process". But to my utter surprise I saw that my account was debited erroneously with a reference no -678124146009 but cash was not dispensed with. On that very day I went to PNB ATM to withdraw same amount but that was successful with a ref no-3821. Now I request to creditt Rs2500 erroneously debited with a ref no 678124146009 through certral bank of india ATM as early as possible
