Help me delete my old id permanently

I am in big distress due to lost of my email id, phone number and the password of my old instagram account (i am using a new one at the moment). My problem is that I still have some photos with my ex gf. This photo of us involving her is a hindrance a she wants me to remove these photos at the earliest. She treats its as tresspassing her privacy.

This is an extremely dangerous situation of fraud and scam. My account has been hacked through a link and this hacker has been asking for a heavy amount of money in exchange of my account.
