Reason of cancellation : jet airways cancelled due to their operationsl problems.

Refund was requested with Jet airways and mskemytrip several times buy not yet processed.

Kindly arrange to make refund at earliest.

I'm extremely dissapointed in the service you guys offer. I've tried everything to get an answer to my problem for a few months.

A while ago i bought flight tickets from Amsterdam to Canada with JetAirways,I paid 2000 euros for three person after a while i recieved an email informing us that the flight has been cancelled. Since then i've been trying to contact you regarding the refund, but not getting any response.
Please fix this problem.

My sister booked ticket in Jet Airways Flight No. 9W 2447. Departure time 18:40. She is senior citizen and was travelling alone. She reached the airport at 17:40. and asked the Jet staff for check in. Staff refused to issue boarding pass and told that now passenger should report before 2 hours. Nowhere in the ticket it is mentioned. What to do in such situation. Can you please help?

Sir I booked jer airways flight with departure time 1105 in flight no 9W 172. On 01 Feb 19 I received an email or msg that the same flight is re scheduled as 9W 363 with departure time 1805. It is very inconvenient to me. At present i.e on 03 Feb 19 your site gives confirm ticket on 9W 172 with departure time 1105. I requested that my booking please be confirmed in 9W 172 flight so that I reach Delhi in time for some urgent work either cancelled my booking and refund whole amount to me with in 24 hrs. We requested bassinet for one year old infant at the time of booking but airline did not provided it.airlime employes are very rude and not helpfull.never recommend to take jet airways to anyone.customer care is not helpfull at all.all blaming to eqch other.

Name change due to typo error

I would like to know that even though I called to cancel my ticket before 24 hours why was I charged cancellation fees. I booked my ticket on February. 8 at 9:32 p.m. And called for name change next day in the morning at around 11 am. No where on your site does it say I will be charged before 24 hours. Cancellation before 24 hours is free. Please check and explain

Damaged check in baggage
