Regarding TUV key base and key
I dreamed about TUV,So I bought new TUV t8 ...I really enjoying with better compact SUV ....even I past Mahindra name infront of the bonnet just like Range Rover ....But am totally unsatisfied with Mahindra service in mysuru. I have facing problem in key and their base ... That i could not able to start my vehicle ... I raised complaint in mysuru service point but they told me we ordered it spare and u have to wait for month till that i stop my TUV. even I not complete one year...

I am Sadiq owner of professional car AC WORKS. Andhra pradesh, vijayawada. Since 2 years Iam servicing AC Complaints in AUTOMOTIVE Mahindra vijayawada.Last month one of your employee named as MR PRAVEEN REDDY purchased A BOLERO AC Compressor for 4000rupees from me. Till to date he will not cleared the payment. He is not responding properly. For this reason I called to GM MR PAVAN he told that in that matter I can't able to help you.
Complaint many time in showroom
Dear sir
This is to inform you that I have purchased Mahindera KUV1OOK8( UP15 CK4656) from your showroom on October 17 ,and since that day itself i am facing lots of problems in the car, I left my car in your service center many time, but the problem didn't resolved instead its increasing day by day. And the attitude of your ground staff is also not good
They don't know how to talk to the customer, and how to resolve the issues m having with the car
I have written many complaints against the car but its all in vain.
So now I request you to either fix my car issues or take your car back and refund my money.
I am done with it and cant tolerate it further
And if you do not respond to my mail i will file a complaint in consumer forum for my refund
So do the needful as soon as possible .

Received a defected product
A very disappointing service receives from mahindra 7 days back I purchased an xuv 500 and presently I see that within 7 days the cars speaker have started crackling badly and there's no finishing on dash board and there's a fault in the software of the music system when I spoke with the dealer he said it's same with all the cars but when I checked the other cars standing at the showroom there were none of the problems after this I filed a complaint in the head office and was told that I will receive a call back in 24 hrs but it's now nearly 48 hrs and no call back has been received I need a call back asap or I am gonna file a legal complaint against the company as If I have paid 18 lac rs I need the product worth it my contact no is

Illegal Handling charges for a vehicle
Hi,
I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a Mahindra showroom in Surat, Gujarat.
I have already paid the non refundable booking amount of 1 lac rupees for the same.
As per the government ruling the handling charges are not applied by the Mahindra & Mahindra limited.
The dealer is still asking me to pay the handling charges for the vehicle.
The vehicle has been booked by the name of Neeta Sevak with the contact number XXXXXXX789.
I am hoping for the handling charges to be levied by the dealer.

Bad Services experience for Mahindra Services Center in Ghaziaba
Dear Sir,
I want to tell you all that my car mahindra xuv 300 number (UP16CQ0106) a month ago the car got into an accident and nothing more there was a problem with the rear back light and tire axle and i gave it for service at shiva motors workshop ghaziabad, This told me that we will give your car in 10 to 15 days. After 10 days I went to Mahindra Shiva to get the car, the workshop manager told me that the parts are not available, it will take 5 more days for the parts to arrive. Then I went after 5 days I was told that the parts have not arrived yet I did not expect such a bad service from Mahindra I am sharing this post on YouTube and Facebook that everyone should know that Mahindra's car Before taking, think that Mahindra Services Center does not get service, they do not resolve the car for a month.
I did not want to say anything else , I made a big mistake by buying Mahindra's car. My intention was to tell this problem to all of you?
