UPI Enable/ Disable
- SMS "Disable UPI" to 50400 to disable UPI services on your Airtel Payments Bank Savings Account.
- SMS "Enable UPI" to 50400 to re-enable UPI services on your Airtel Payments Bank Savings Account.
How to reset mPIN ?
By Yourself -
- You can reset through My Airtel App's Airtel Payments Bank section, or through USSD by
dialing *400# from his Airtel mobile, or through IVR by dialing 400 from registered mobile number
(airtel customers) or 8800688006 (all customers).
Steps to be followed by Banking Point -
- Go to Airtel Mitra App -> Airtel Payments Bank main menu -> "mPIN reset customer" ->
Banking Point asks for biometric finger scan for authentication -> authentication successful ->
Customer gets temporary mPIN -> Customer can change mPIN through IVR or by dialing *400# or
via My Airtel App's Airtel Payments Bank section
Send/transfer money from one Airtel Payments Bank Account to another account?
you can send/transfer money using any ways-
- By My Airtel App: Airtel Payments Bank section
- IVR: Dial 400 from registered mobile number (airtel customers) or 8800688006 (all customers)
- USSD: Dial *400# from registered mobile number
