Cancellation/Return
- For any query related to Cancellation/Return you can mail at customercare@esfl.co.in .
- If the product received is damaged/defective or wrong, then you can make a return request within 3 days after the delivery.
- For cancellation, you have to make a cancellation request before the order is shipped.
- The products have to be returned at the expense of customer (customer will be compensated for the courier charges of the same in the form of estore coupons;customer needs to email the scan of the courier bill for the same).
