• Issues in accessing government schemes or services that you are eligible for .
• Civic infrastructure issues, including waste or public property burning, malfunctioning streetlights, open manholes, waterlogging, and similar hazards.
• Other public issues 

You can submit a grievance through :

• Call Helpline No.: 1100 (Mon-Sat, 7am-10pm, Including Government holidays)
• Email: cmhelpline [at] tn [dot] gov [dot] in 
• You can send your written grievance by post or visit in person at the address given below.

• You can also complain through TN CM Helpline App .
• You can also lodge your compliant online by following the procedure given below: -

Online Procedure to File complaints :

• Go to the Official Website .
• Login or Register on the portal with your mobile number.
  
• Click on 'File a Grievance' option
  
• Fill Grievance Form:
  • Provide detail of Petitioner, Grievance Details and Communication Address.
  • Provide supporting documents (if available) .
• Submit: Verify details and Click "Submit".
  • Receive instant unique Grievance ID via SMS .
    
• You can use it to track your grievance.
• Track Progress: Go to the section  " My Dashboard "
  • You will find the list of the past grievances you have submitted.
  • Click on the grievance you want to track to see the status.
