Integrated and Inclusive Public Grievance CM Helpline Management System (IIPGCMS) is a integrated and convenient public grievance redressal platform, where you can file and track your grievances related to government services, schemes, and civic issues ,ask questions, provide suggestions via multiple channels - calling the helpline, web portal, mobile app, e-mail, Twitter, Facebook, by post or by visiting the grievance call center in person .

The following types of calls are being received on helpline 1100 :

You may call anytime from 7 am – 10 pm, from Monday - Sunday, including government holidays

  • Issues in availing government schemes or services that you are eligible for .
  • Civic issues – burning public property / waste, broken streetlights, open manholes, water logging, etc. 
  • Other public issues 

You can submit a grievance through :

  • Call the helpline – Dial 1100 .
  • Email the grievance to cmhelpline [at] tn [dot] gov [dot] in  .
  • Post the grievance to the address mentioned under “Contact Us” at the bottom of this page.

Online Procedure to File complaints :

  • Go to the official website, Sign up on the portal with your mobile number/email ID.slogin to your account
  • Click on File a Grievance option click on file a grievance
  • Describe your grievance and fill the form to the best of your knowledge. Fill this form
  • Click “Submit”. You can submit a grievance in Tamil or English, you will receive an acknowledgement message with your unique grievance ID.
    You can use it to track your grievance.
  • You may track your grievance yourself from the CM Helpline Portal under the My Dashboard tab
  • Your grievance will be registered with the concerned department and you will receive status updates via SMS.
