This is a complaint against bus conductors of UKO7PA6161.
I have travelled from Balaji near Jhajhra and suddhowala at a fixed rate of Rs 15 and I was overcharged Rs 5. Even if Rs 20 was the fixed rate, I am extremely dissatisfied with the care and value for customers and want to add on that two of them stopped the bus and tried to use public emotions and make it appear like I am creating a situation over this when they have to be responsible enough to show me the fixed rate for the route or passageway I am travelling and not scam me by bringing in more people to make it sound convincing. Kindly take just actions against them.

Behavioral issues

This complaint is against conductor of bus no uk07pa-3597 he was so arrogant that he only thought about his own comfort and didn't allow people to sit on the seat behind his seat so that he could relax properly but when we asked him to let us sit next to his seat he said don't sit there driver will be disturbed, although he himself was sleeping. We pay for our comfort not for this kind of stupid gesture, utc should look into the matter, also I have experienced many times that volvo bus conductor don't provide water bottles although we pay for it, really pathetic

दिनाक-20/06/2023 को मैं उत्तराखंड ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉरपोरेशन की हल्द्वानी डिपो(Tanakpur-haldwani) की बस नंबर -UK 07PA2830 से सितारगंज से बंदरिया चौकी तक सफर किया जिसमे जिसका किराया 25 rs हुआ कंडक्टर द्वारा मुझसे 30rs. लेकर बाकी बचे हुए पैसे देने को यह कहते हुए मना किया की नही दूंगा अथवा पूछने पर कंडक्टर द्वारा बदसुलूकी की गई और बस से उतार दिया गया कृपया इस घटना का संज्ञान लें और कंडक्टर पर कठोर कार्यवाही करें ताकि भविष्य में वह ऐसा व्यवहार न करें।

Regarding complaint against Conductor Yogesh Uniyal

On 09/03/2023, at 17:49:59 hours, I boarded with bus no.4587UK07PA from Delhi Kashmere Gate ISBT for Meerut Haridwar bypass. When I was 5 km from bypass conductor said very rudely that your stoppage has came, I told him still 5 kms is there for bypass. But he started shouting and forced driver to stop the bus and very very rudely told me to get off the bus. His hand were shaking and he seems to be intoxicated. I felt very unsafe and that's why I am complaining against him, Please take appropriate action as soom as possible. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable. I will be waiting for your response.

Regarding balance not returned ny Conductor

As i was travelling from Haldwani to Nainital i have taken the ticket and balance amount is with conductor and he is not returning the balance amount and saying that I had not taken the ticket.
This is what Uttarakhand conductor is. Blaming for just small amount

Misbehaviour of driver and conductor

Bus no. UK04PA 1635 haldwani to delhi worst bus service ever. Driver and conductor both are very arrogant and abusive. Smoking during driving and also defending himself by saying that this comes under his rights. Also abusing passengers and threatening them. Conductor also doing same very abusive and very arrogant. Please take action against them.

Rush driving by the UTC driver

Today 14/03/2022 around 1:30 one of UTC volvo bus driver licence number is UK07PA 3602 is driving very fast and taking wrong side again and again in the selaqui road. Kindly take some action against it because if bus collapsed with any other vehicle it can cause very fatal accident.

Mr. Daroch, CONDUCTOR, HAS SERVED JAIL SENTENCE

Just o inform the general public and the roadways employees specially the management, that Mr. Daroch who is serving in Tanakpur division, and has been transferred from Dehradun division has served the jail sentence in Dehradun, Sudhowala jail for a period of almost two months U/s 138A, in the year 2019-2020 however the accused Mr. Daroch has been promoted, because he has not disclosed the above said trial and the jail sentence which he served to thier seniors and the management, Mr. Daroch having many cases booked under forgery and the cases are still under trials in Dehradun court, i request the Transport authority to suspend the accused and will give the transport ministry of two weeks, or else the said matter will be mailed to the Indian ministry.

Poor service of Ramnagar roadways enquiry, once I called the Ramnagar roadways for bus enquiry, he continuously cut my call.

The concept of online booking is good but it's implementation on the ground is poor by UTC. I booked 3 tickets from Badrinath to Haridwar for 25/9/19. The bus scheduled to start from Badrinath at 0430 hrs was not available. There is rule in online booking that in the event of a breakdown, person having online booking shall be allowed to travel in other UTC service but the conductor of other available bus to Rishikesh at the same time bluntly refused to honour my online booking and did not allow us to board the bus. Very poor administration by UTC and sorry state of affairs for UK Trivender bjp Govt.

Dear UTC I booked my ticket from Haldwani to Delhi, But due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the ticket on the same day of booking,Subsequently ticket was cancelled, but till now I Haven't received the amount in my account. I'm not able to understand the unnecessary delay in refunding even though the whole procedure of refunding is online. I request UTC to hire competent IT personnels because your website is seriously lacking technical flare.please please upgrade your poor site.

Experienced and problem in the bus journey.

Dear sir, Today 20/07/2019 I have start travelled from Dehradun to chandigarh through bus no 2434Uk 07PA at 6.40 am. I noticed womiting at the seat no 9 & 10. I thought that womiting shall be cleaned at the mean time. But I again noticed approx. 12.00 pm that the vomiting not cleaned after 5 hours. And other problem is water leaking from AC again and again. It is requested to please maintain the good house keeping in bus for quality service. If quality not maintained there is no mean on high cost of ticket.

I had booked volvo ticket from anand vihar isbt to haldwani on 4th of June timing was 9:00am total cost was 816 rs, but bus not arrived on 4th June , at isbt enquiry counter the person says that bus will not come all the booking has been cancelled and with in 2- 3 days you will get your refund, but now no one is answering me they all says it's not our duty contact on this number I.e 8476007xxx, i have tried almost 50 times their is no response from your side no one pick a call.

Complaint against Shivam Tourist Dhaba, Gadh Chowkla

I was travelling from Banbasa to Delhi, Bus no. 2113 UK07PA on 23 March, 2019 at 8:00 pm. At night, driver stopped at Shivam tourist Dhaba, Gadh Chokla for dinner where a single packet of chips cost Rs. 25, cold drink cost 45 which was more than printed rate on the packet. I asked shopkeeper to give me things at actual price but the declined and said if you wanna buy, you need to pay the cost they are asking. I took the picture of the Dhaba and went to the next shop. The owner and shopkeeper saw me while taking the pictures of their restaurant. I asked next shopkeeper for the same stuff, he also said the price of chips is Rs.25, the printed rate was 20. Shopkeeper asked me why you have taken picture. I said I will complaint against you guys for robbing passengers. Shopkeeper told me to delete the picture I have taken and then they will give me stuff in actual price. Owner of the Dhaba came on the spot and asked what happened. I told him you are robbing
passengers even every shop is selling things more than the printed price. Seems like Uttarakhand transport want to Robb there passenger anyhow. Why you allow your driver's to stop at these dhabas who are charging customers for even dirty toilets. Why you are not taking strict action after getting hell lot of complaint against the same Dhaba. This is not the first complaint against this Dhaba. They are robbing people from past and same thing is happening again. I want you people to take action against them and inform me at the same time through email.

No person in charge on counter

We are around 200 people standing on the ticket counter since 1 hour and there is no single person on counter.
Everybody is just standing in queue and not even going to washroom from last 1 hour so that they dont get out of the queue
And still there is no single person on counter.
After i complained on the mentioned no.(8476xxx7605), they just said that we need to wait for some more time.
A person came on counter but still not providing tickets because he is enjoying his tea and biscuit.
he and system doesnot even bother that more than 200 people are waiting while these are enjoying their tea and biscuit.

Bus Delay

There is a bus service of UTC from Chandigarh Sec 17 to Srinagar Garhwal at 9.00 pm. This bus service has never been on its schedule time at Chandigarh Sec 17. I have been observing timing of this bus service since June '18 and it's never be at departure on its schedule time. Big Shame at your end UTC. You not even have provided the phone number of the Srinagar Bus station which is destination point of the bus. At least upload such details on website.

Poor condition of bus

Dear sir , I was traveling from Delhi to Haridwar via Volvo bus service on 20 SEP 2018@10pm. Bus condition is so bad that back seat water bottle holder is broken and all charging points are not working .even water bottle facility is available . But cinductor's attitude , he did not have water bottle to passenger. Asking about charging point , conductor reply was so bad that he is saying go and complaint online. This forces me to write a official complaint .pls take some corrective action.improve service and educate these and driver about how to interact with passengers .

Late arrival at HWR station and no cooling at all

This is very disappointing as I got to know from from I formation center at Haridwar bus station that my bus is cancelled. Firts of all I did not receive any information about the bus cancellation Second when I reached at the station then I found out that my bus is not xxld but leaving at 11:50 am. The person who is sitting at the UTC bus information action counter knew nothing so I ran out to check other option but then I saw my bus reaching at the station at 11:35am I stayed of 11:00am. Our bus started at 11:50am and eveter an hour there was no cooling in the bus. I asked the bus conducter whose name was Praveen Kumar about the same then he replied" Ac chal raha hai or ni chalega kyuki low fare bus hai to ac low hi chalega" . I mean what the hell is low fare. We paid 740 rs for 2 ticket and I booked AC BUS which was hardly running. so this is not expected from UTC. I am very disappointed and will never advise my freinds and family to book from UTC AC JANRATH BUSES.

I really appreciate the way I got support from uk parivahan customer care Dehradun.

It was just today i left from Delhi to Dehradun in an UK AC coach bus. The bus routinely stopped at khataulli, while having lunch the bus left without any intimation and o could just see it going from a distant, my luggage and ticket was inside the bus, I Googled uk parivahan customer care number , dialled and got I’m meadow ye response, the guy was too helpful , he immediate called the conductor to stop and also called conductor of other uk bus which was there at khataulli at that tike to quickly board me and drop me to the point where my bus was waiting for me .

Everything was so meticulous I git my bus and luggage, thanks to the guy who picked and arranged everything thereafter. God bless you.

Sir,
Just to bring to your kind notice that there are no buses of Uttrakhand Roadways plying between Roorkee-Muzaffarnagar, as a result the people of rural areas have been deprived of the benefit and face lot of problems. The Buses plying on long routes do not stop at Gurukul Narsan, though it is an authorised bus stop, even plying empty. May I request you kindly to look into the matter and do something so that the problems of local people are sorted out.

No driver available

Today I m traveling from Delhi to Dewal in bus number UK07P A2861.
Bus travel Delhi to kathgodam correctly and rich on time(3:30am). But after that driver will be changed (for hill station somebody say me ) but here is no driver available and we trying to contact with customers care of Uttarakhand parivahan nigam but nobody taking call .....
When some other bus driver call the driver which is drive today( kathgodam to Dewal ) he is saying my duty start at 6am....all passengers are waiting (almost bus is full) and help line not warking

Disappointed with the speed

To whom so ever it may concern

Right now I am traveling from Anand vihar Delhi to Rudrapur Uttarakhand by UTC bus no. 2061 UK07PA.

The bus is very slow, running at a speed of 40-50 kmph, consequently the bus will be late by two and a half hour as per discussion with the conductor mr. Amit pal. I requested him to maintain a satisfactory speed so that we can reach our destinations on time, but he refused to take any action.

Due to this I have to face lots of difficulties now.

Kindly take some actions against it so that this kind of misconduct doesn't happen in future.

extra luggage charge without ticket

I booked ticket from New Delhi to guptkashi online on 15 February.i booked 2 seats.i have two cartons of 10kg each.
Bus driver and conductor didn't allow cartons in the bus.and charged me 800 extra for two boxes . And did not give luggage ticket driver and conductor misbehave.and say they will through cartoon from the bus..
I request you to take the legal action for driver and conductor.
