I've been using this Videocon d2h service for 4 long years, but now I'm totally disappointed with the kind of service provided by the operator, as i could not contact the service provider through their customer care number even after several times now I'm tired of calling then, I wanted to add new channels to my account,

3rd class service of 3rd class company. Pathetic. Don't even receive call from costumer. Go to hell

WHat a fu*kng customer service are you giving guys..... Trying to reach your customer care numbers for a month....... Thenfor what purpose you are giving such services???? Never seen such idiotic company. Best you shut up the hell company and go to ukbakisthan.......

Videocon is the worst company india .i m complened 7 week ago till the date no survice .so i sujest dont go for videocon d2h .

I am attached with you since 4 years and happy with your services and set of channels I am getting. But today I had to raise this issue on this platform. 3 months back, I was facing issue with original remote control..it stopped sensing the D2H. we were told that it will cost 250 for changing the remote control and some additional cost if there is a physical damage. When the Videocon engineer visited and checked...he found there was no physical damage so he charged the minimum applicable cost. Now again we started facing this issue from last two days, the second remote control also has the same issue and it is giving us the same old issue. Now again Videocon customer care suggested me to get the remote control replaced by paying 250/-. My question is why there is no warranty of remote control and why customer should bear the same cost again if the issue has reoccured within 3 months. There should be a fixed timeline that customer will not have to pay the cost if it is giving issue within 6 months or 1 year...unless there is a physical damage. Is there any guarantee that this time I will pay the amount and it will not give me any issue within 2 days?

Engineer not visit, but company 200 amount cut, I complete in costumer care but not resolved and amount also not refund.
I complete in 27/08/2018 after 3times suppressor and 3times managers speak but problem not clear. 3rd class videocon dth company.

I have clearly what to know when I given a amount and how long you provide the services give a cleat statement
in this regard I feel that you have stop the services before closing date

I been use V2H for more than 5 years but for past two months....My channel subscriptions got cancelled even after I recharged my account..for two days I'm not getting any of channel subscriptions..when I try to call customer service those assholes not even picking up any of calls...V2D u better solve the problem before I complaine in customer court..u guys are really costing me money money and my time

My LED TV Videocon 40" DBB speaker have no good quality sound tell me where to replace the speaker.it should be original. I want to know chandigarh videocon TV service centre near sector 46.

on channel 424, sports offers are displyed.

It says FIFA World Cup is on certain channels, and a missed call to a 1800 number will activate that account.

I did that... and am receiving Cricket with Hindi commentary on that channel!

And there is 3-month lock in period for that channel.

The worst service I have ever seen. I am sending emails and making calls almost everyday to customer service but haven't received any response yet.When the migration was done I guess they messed up my account details and my recharged amount is showing up in my old closed account and not in my current account.I am following up since then and still no response from the team.

I m changing my d2h to Tata sky. Your service is very pathetic. And your customer representative also don't know how to talk. Also I told them to activate two channels. But they told me that it will starts at tomorrow morning. Also I m not able to videocon account. Very very very bad service. I m gonna change it now.

I was added star sport 1 english channel but i want to change star sport 1 hindi. Thats why i am call to customer care no. Caller replys this channel is locking period of 3month.you not change the channel. how is this company policy. what customer want to seen the channel or what want to not seen. Other service provider given right to decide the customer any channel customer add or delete. But videcon told if you one of channel activate you not delete the channel and give money forcely 3 month. If i quite d2h then he not forced me for recharge or for 3 month forcely watch channel

first your customer service number is taking very long time to connect.

Dear Customer Care Expert,

Our Videocon d2h (ID: 22832723) was recharged on 3/12/2012 with Rs 200/ for 30 days. This morning (21/12/2012 - exactly 17 days usage, 13 days still balance left) it flashes your pet message: Error: 16-4 Insufficient balance ....

This happens often, many times earlier and my boys simply do a fresh recharge. But, do you agree that this is your routine practice - "Pay for 30 days and get service for 15 days". The posts above speaks volumes about this, unless you can prove otherwise.

Do you think you can look into it and set right in one day?

my d2h videocon CI no.54862922 is ist time charged on 13 10 11 with rs 1407 and get validity till 12 04 12.Again on 17 10 11 my CI has been recharged with rs 449 and get validity message remain unchanged .I claimed for that to the deler Lighthouse, shyamnager 24 parganas north ph. 9038303046 He complained you than i received message at my m obile8013268979 that my account has been recharged with rs 449 and validity is extended up to 8th June 2012. Now message is again coming from your part that my validityis april12 2012 Why? please check the matter and extend the validity till 8th june 2012.

D2h service is very poor service in India. I have filled a request for re installation of my dish on 25 March 2012. Even a long period of 4 days they have not installed dish yet.From this u can imagine the nature of service which they provided to the consumer.

my customer id is 52044026. I had purchased D2H of Videocon on 3-9-11.which was activated on5-9-11
so for the first 2 months free scheme was running upto 4-11-11.
As per their advertisement 11months payment would be given2 months free scheme,I paid 1815(rs150+tax for 11 months)
on 19-10-11.(i.e before expiry of their actvating offer.)
When I called to their customer care about this, their customer care man was politely rude.
He reluctantly denied to understand the situation and said my money is deposited to other scheme which is running at present.
I said you can change it into scheme of Rs.150+tax on which I have calculated & paid for 11 months.
But he was not ready to listen.

So I wrote to customer care of videocon D2H.
They agreed to my changing scheme of rs.150+tax.
vide their mail dtd.24 october.
but again in their mail 3-11-11 they have calculated my next recharge as per Rs 260+ tax scheme.(27 july2012 )
they are doing it unilaterally at their end.
Can anybody guide me which authority I should approach ?
My experience with Videocon D2H is not satisfactory.
their customer care executives are politely RUDE.
they do not respond to customers.

All the Free to Air channels which are supposed to view should be started in VD2H, since we get all the FTA channels in Dishtv, Tata sky, big tv, Airtel and also the free FM channels and the same are not yet in VD2H. So please look into this issue at the earliest..

i think its useless to buy Video con d2h due to poor service.i m totally agree with s ambit because this type of behavior is done by its customer care..
i am also switching to another d t h service
