To Claim Your Refund
In case your flight has been cancelled by Airlines or You have cancelled the flight directly with the Airline.
Step 1: Visit the link to log in to the Yatra My Bookings section.
Step 2: Click on the "Check Refund Status" button.
Step 3: Click the highlighted (yellow) link to claim and process your refund.
Alternatively, you can visit for help on claiming your refund.

For Cancellation
Step 1: Go to "Manage Bookings" and click on the "Cancel" option.
Step 2: Select the PNR / Booking Reference you wish to cancel. Please make sure to review the applicable cancellation charges for your booking.
Step 3: Click on the "Start Cancellation Process" tab. Select the route and the passenger(s) you want to cancel.
Step 4: Review the cancellation charges and choose your preferred mode of refund.
Step 5: Finally, review and confirm the cancellation of your booking.
In case of any Cancellation/rescheduling/Name correction/sector change etc is to be done within 24 hrs of making the booking with Yatra.com, please contact the airlines directly. In case you have claimed refund from Airline
