On 17th Feb 2024, I renewed my subscription for Rs. 999/- for one year. But now the system is asking me to pay again.

The Zee5 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY WORST.

Hello,
I checked this morning that my 699 rupees were deducted from my account, and didn't want to continue this. Even you didn't inform me about this. My subscription is going to expire and auto deducted amount.
Please refund my amount

I mailed this to contentredressal [at] zee5 [dot] com but did not get any answer.

I paid for subscription 899 but not active my subscription, please activate.

Please find attached the payment screenshot of GPay for an amount of Rs 1199, paid today towards Premium subscription in Zee5. Unfortunately my account is not yet activated. My mobile number is 9XXXXX2170. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And confirm back at the earliest.

I recharged a plan of 899 through gpay,from my another number and plan isn't working asking to purchase a plan again, already logged out from previous number and logged in with new one still not working, even now refund of my payment.

I subscribed a 1 year plan last june and now my account has been deactivated for the last 1 month. I've sent numerous emails to Zee5 but no response at all. Please look into this matter.

I have been subscribing zee 5 for last 3-4 years , recently i have again renewed ,but now i am not getting any live news ,including zee business & news . Do you think this is fair business practice ,not intimating your clients regarding starting or stopping any service from the package , if you can't provide live news then better refund me my amount.

For the past one month saregamapa season 3 little champ is not telecasted fully in Zee 5 app. Onle 20 - 30 minutes is being played. Only for watching this program we have subscribed. So please telecast full episodes please.

I paid rs 699 for Premium membership of zee5 on 27.6.2023 it was renewed and was able to view program but all of sudden in Aug.23 it stopped and asking to pay Premium.
As I have already paid rs.699 for june23 to may 24 so request to restore the same.

I have not authorized to withdraw the funds from my bank account. I had services of zee5 only one year . But today I see withdraw of subscription charges with out my concern.

That's consider as fraud please return my money as soon as possible to avoid legal action.
