Sir hamare paas rular whietage certificate nahi hai aur upsee ke counselling me rular whietage certificate upload karne ke liye darsata gaya hai aur internet per bhi ye from uplabdh nahi hai to hamara counselling kaise ho mujhe pata bhi nahi hai kaha se banta hai please reply email. Thank you
