Not getting any response from anker
I have raised my concern that I'm not getting battery backup and facing connectivity issues
need to reset device thrice a week minimum but still anker is not responding from last one month my buds are in warranty but still
I'm not happy with ther customer support team.

मै अक्टूबर 19 में पंखा खरीदा था जो मई 20 में खराब हो गया था। शिकायत पर पंखा ठीक किया गया। परंतु उसमे स्पीड बहुत स्लो है।

What Anker PowerPort II PD On 7th Feb 2020. And now it stopped working on 20 July 2020.
Please guide me for having it fixed. I got it from Amazon India.
