BPL microwave oven service facility for Chennai is abhorring.

Dear Sirs,
I am a senior citizen and a retired senior Bank Auditor. I am put to so much of hardship, to get service for my new microwave oven model - BPL MW 20 CIG . I have lodged a complaint with your customer care number , on 12th inst. of this month. This customer care is situated in Gujarat and your customer care executive did not have any clue about Chennai city. That is tolerable and understandable. I have given the complete address along with the exact PIN code 600017. The executive said that within about 24 hours the nearest service center will contact me and send a service technician. But nothing happened. Since then every day I am contacting your customer care and following it up with a different exec. Each time, repeating the whole story and my tale of woe. Today is 15Dec2018. After 3 days still nobody has contacted me from your one of your service centers in Chennai. Why is it? Does BPL have service centers for microwaves in Chennai at all ???? Are they fooling us, taking us poor customers for granted??? In spite of so many adverse comments about buying from BPL, I still chose BPL, because I formed a good opinion about British Physical Laboratories, in Palakhad, when I visited them in 1971, while I was serving in Kerala. All that good opinion and the trust I placed on BPL, has come to naught, by the shabby treatment, they give to an elderly customer. ALL my children are away in different parts of India and abroad. For everything I have to go myself at this advanced age. Shame on BPL for harassing senior citizen customers like this. I Want THIS LETTER, MY TALE OF WOE TO BE SEEN BY SOME SENIOR OFFICIAL OF BPL AND APPROPRIATE REMEDIAL ACTION BE TAKEN WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
