Product silk chocolate complain
Today I bought a Dairy milk silk in chocolate flavour from a nearby shop and found out that the inside packaging was full oily and the chocolate was itself very oily. As soon as took a bite of it, it felt disgusting. I am falling ill because of this and also inside it there where white spots which was seemed like fungus.So please look after this matter.
Chocolate was half in quantity
I got a roasted almond cadbury dairy milk chocolate in celebrations. When i opened the packet it was half in quantity within the sealed pack.
Sand in bournvita
I got 2 packets of bournvita delivered at my doorstep by bigbasket and when i opened it..it had sand in it.

But today I am very unhappy as I bought a Dairy milk silk Oreo from a nearby shop and found out that the inside packaging was full oily and the chocolate was itself very oily. I’m from mysuru, I had given order for Cadbury products for my pharmacy, and I even sold some of the units to customers and after 2 days I started to get many complaints and even customers tried to argue with me, and when I examined almost all of the chocolates are spoiled and are in out of shape, when complained to the distributor they were of no help , and they didn’t even respond, I need justice for this by the company itself
Cadbury products getting spoiled of germs and worms
Iam from Indra super market Chennai.. our Cadbury freezer provided by you is not working for past 5 days... And We informed to your distributor and company sales officer Mr.Palraj, but there's no proper response..
Unfortunately yesterday the officers from fssai government of India came to shop for inspection and found that freezer is not working and warned us for that chocolate may get spoilt of germs and worms..as the products are not kept properly in the freezer..
Coming Monday they may come back and collect the sample for checking..
Please repair or replace the freezer immediately

I have put enquiry in the past months. But nothing has been done. I got a call after which your supplier came took order. But never sent the products. I have taken the items from somewhere else. I only want to know the reason for not giving us the products. Mr Rahul from your office only did formality of giving a call. Poor approach is there if the supplier.

I am writing to bring to your attention a long-standing issue that we have been facing with the distribution of Cadbury products at our store in Hyderabad. We have been a loyal customer of your company for several years now, but unfortunately, we have not been receiving any products for the past two years.
We have not had any visits from salespersons or officers from your company, which has been very disappointing. As a result, we are unable to place any orders for your products.
We understand that there has to be a system in place for the distribution of your products, and it is disheartening to note that other companies' distributors visit our store regularly, but we have not received any response from your company.
We are left wondering what our fault is and why no salesperson is visiting our store. We believe that as a loyal customer, we deserve an explanation for this situation.
We kindly request that a representative from your company, preferably an officer or someone from the Hyderabad section, visits our store directly to take orders and address this issue. We would appreciate it if the representative can come at the earliest convenience, as this has been a long-standing issue.
Furthermore, we have a few more issues with the distribution of your products that we would like to discuss in person. We hope that a meeting with your representative can be arranged as soon as possible.
We are a significant seller of Cadbury products in our area, and we estimate that we sell approximately 80% of the varieties of your products. However, due to the unavailability of your products, we have had to apologize to customers who come to our store looking for them.
We request you to take immediate action to address this issue and provide your products for our store. We hope to continue our long-standing relationship with your company, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
