Regarding service center work
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your center. I scheduled a service appointment for my air conditioner on , 08Aug2024 despite repeated follow-ups, the service has yet to be completed.
The delay has caused significant inconvenience, particularly given the current weather conditions. I request an immediate resolution to this issue and a clear timeline for when I can expect the service to be completed.
Please address this matter urgently and provide a prompt response.

Dear carrier team,
Please refer service request no in subject line technician has visit on 29/july/24 for complaint no - XXXXX without proper resolution and checking the AC they have left told that we will visit tomorrow again.
After that I have called multiple time to you local service provider from bahadurgarh he have refused to visit on 30/july/24 as per his confirmation given on last visit day 29/july/24 now not even picking call as well.
Issue was there for water leakage from ac indoor points after visit of tecnician ac is not even cooling now.
Then I have registered a complaint against on 30/july/24 with complaint no - XXXXX but till time I have not received any call from your side and still waiting for resolutions.
At the time of purchase of this AC I have paid extra payment with an amount of INR XXX/- for extended warranty offer 1 year + 4 year warranty as confirmed by dealer and tecnician who visit for installation, bills for same purchase and installation are available with me.
Your local service provider has refused that there are no any offer with them as mentioned above in mail for extended warranty.
Even at the time of visit on 29/july/24 they have took a payment of XXX/- rupees digital proof available with me but no any invoice has been provided by them.
Please look into this matter and resolve as soon as possible customer is suffering with problem but your team is not cooperating with us.

I bought a new AC just days back and it started failing with Error E1
I request the technician visit and he told that the PCB is broken and a new need to be installed.
Post that no action/ update has been since 4 Days.
Neither they are helping nor providing resolution.
Very poor and ill- Staff with no technical help, just playing push push games.

AC issue
I purchased 2 Carrier ACs in 2019 from Ideal Home Appliances showroom in Trivandrum. Since then i have been experiencing many issues with the product. One of them replaced in a month time. The second one now having issues, and not functioning. the local service partner claims that the board got damaged and needs to be replaced. I have other ACs ( Vedeocon, Voltas etc..) functioning more than 8 years without any problem. I still can't digest that the board got damaged in 3 years and the replacement cost around Rs. 12,000/-. need to know the following:
1. What's the reason of the damage?
2. What's guarantee that the issue will not occur again?
I asked this question to the local service partner, but they have no clue.

Worst After Sales Services
Hi, I have purchased a washing machine (MWMFL070HEF) from FLIPKART. My order number was OD222291132316888000.
As per the listing of the products on FLIPKART, installation was to be done immediately after the delivery of the product. Even after 7 days of delivery of the product, installation and demo is pending.
As per the product booklet if the installation is done by any unauthorised person, any kind guarantee/ warranty will not be valid. So I am unable to use the product and the benefit.
If your company is incompetent to provide the after sales services, should stop selling the products and fooling the people.
MIDEA Deficiency in Service
1. I purchased an RO Water Purifier of Midea on 28 September 2018, bearing Model Number
MWPRO080A16 (copy of Affixed Sticker and Bill of Sale Attached).
2. After the initial installation by your service representative, the RO Water Purifier was never
serviced/ attended to despite raising several service requests (For Free Service and For Paid
Service both) through the reseller and directly on the company website. The same can be verified
from the records maintained by your company.
3. Now the quality of water has deteriorated to that extent that it is no longer consumable or
potable. I have not exercised the option of going in for service through a third-party vendor till now
but in the absence of any response from you, I am being constrained to exercise that option.
4. Please treat this communiqué as the final request in this regard for providing me the promised
‘Free-Service’ failing which, I shall be forced to explore legal options for the deficiency in services.
