Broken Strap

I purchased an expensive timepiece from your company (CASIO A1799)
from a store in Cochin. I regret to notify you that the strap just
recently snapped. The product is still under the guarantee period.
Another watch that I recently purchased for my brother also had a
similar issue. Your service representative informed me that the repair
would take more than a month or would be returned.

Watch band is faulty

Dear concern I've visited the outlet the very next from where I bought this watch and they didn't help then I visited service centre that is in wave building Noida and they asked me leave watch.if I keep coming and going for accessories then what's the credibility of this brand and today it broke from the lock.

Warranty issue

Please note I bought a CASIO CTS 200 musical key board with 3 years warranty and I have registered the product later filled online form in order to get extended six months extended warranty but it reduced 1 year warranty. So the warranty reduced from original 3 years to 2 years now !.

Sir, I had bought casio watch model EX356 on 9th Feb 17.within 02 years,there is some problem in watch.i go to service centre for repair this under warranty coverage. After servicing of watch, service centre personal told to me, battery was discharge and changed without my concorrence. And charged me 480 Rs. I asked them why you charged me 480rs. Then told battery is not covered under warranty. But just I want to ask, how much cost of battery of casio watch model EX356. Pls reply.
