Complaint about the purchase

I made a purchase for my husband,a footwear on 29.09.2022. Last month its color got fade , how’s that possible ?? It’s 5000rs charged footwear , it’s should have that value quality . What should I do now ? The retailers said they can’t do anything. Do the needful soon @crocsindia
