Delivery agent sending abuse voice message in WhatsApp when I am unable to pick his call. This is only reason I'm not ordering anything from meesho

Automatic Parcel Rejection: On several occasions, parcels have been automatically rejected without any prior notification or attempt to contact the recipient. This practice is unacceptable as it disrupts the delivery process and delays the receipt of important items.

Delayed Deliveries: There have been multiple instances of delayed deliveries, often without any explanation or update on the status of the shipment. Timely delivery is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.

Unprofessional Behavior: Some delivery agents have exhibited unprofessional behavior, including rude interactions and a lack of willingness to assist with delivery issues. This negatively impacts the overall customer experience.

Improper Handling of Parcels: Parcels have arrived damaged or in poor condition due to improper handling by the delivery agents. Ensuring the safe and secure transportation of goods is a basic expectation that has not been met.

I have order from meesho on 12th of December but haven't received the order yet the delivery guy called me to deliver the item on 17 th but I wasn't available at that time and now he is said he has given my item to the supplier. Could you please revert back as soon as possible and deliver my product by today itself.

I have ordered a product on 24/may/23 It supposed to be delivered on 1st june but i got call from the delivery boy on 29th may but i was unable to answer the call right after 10 min i called back him he lifted the call and said he will come but not trying to deliver the order from 3 days and he returned the order to the supplier I hate this type of behaviour of the delivery boy and the elastic run

I ordered from meesho,it has been shipped, it is showing in Thane since 10 days, when will my parcel arrive?

This is Huma one of a customer of elasticrun.
I have ordered some product through Meesho which would have to be delivered by elasticRun but seems the agent has delivered it to wrong address.
My product starus is showing as delivered although I haven't received the product yet. Kindly take action asap.
