As I have bought a watch model :C1059 of your company .Today evening ,the strap of watch was broken as I was playing cricket.Since I bought it , i wear it always while playing and other purposes but today while playing it broke into 6to7 parts .Your watch has poor build quality please see to it and repair. COLOUR ALSO STARTED TO FAID
ALL MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBOURS WERE LAUGHING ON ME THAT HOW POOR QUALITY WATCH I HAVE PURCHASED .
As I am your companies first costumer you should repair it .

Dont buy giordano watch glass broken,and adjust time every 2 say
I have to adjust the time every 2 days.
I can't do it regularly,and First time it delivered me broken glass , worst company don't waste your money. Dont buy giordano watch
Fake Watch
I would like to exress my disaapointment ,anger becuase of this pathetic experience.I purchase Giordano watch from Amazon on Jan 2020 and just after completion of return window period on Feb 2020 its stop working.I write several email to Giordano email and called bi there is no response.If you want to retain your customer please respond.Amazon said to contact Giordano but there is no response from Giordano.

Regarding watch's bad quality
My wrist watch fell from my hand during normal walk. Everyone laughed at me that what bad brand watch you bought. The quality you provide is worst. For this nonsense I have spent 8,236.

rose gold of watch got faded
This is the worst watch for which I paid 6500.I dont understand what to do because within 3 weeks the color of the watch faded.I didnt believe that the color faded but I compared the watch where I can find that the color is completed gone.The color changed from rose gold to silver color.Such a worst product.

Exchenge of Giordano watch
I bought the giordano watch and after using a day there was major problem in the watch and after that I bought the same model again and the same problem occured again. I dont want to buy giordano watch and now tell me the best possible solution.

Defective Giordano Analog Blue Dial Men's Watch
I have bought Giordano Analog Blue Dial Men's Watch - A 1051-55 | B01MTX533J from Amazon.in on Mar.11, 2019.
The first piece was bought in Mar. 2019 - the back plate was opened when I wore it first time and was not getting fixed. Thus as per the replacement policy of Amazon, got the same replaced. The second piece that was delivered to me did not work after one hour of delivery. As the Amazon site did not allow me to replace this time (but was allowing for refunds of money) & I liked the watch, I kept it with me presuming that the battery would have exhausted its life.
I took the watch for replacement of battery on May 11th evening. The battery was perfect but as the seconds needle was improperly aligned, it was blocking the normal hand movement,said the watch maker in a show-room. However when the watch maker wanted to shut the back case, it was not getting fixed. The first watch had the same problem which continued to persist in the second watch now.
My earlier experience with Girodano watch bought about 8 years back is perfect but I understand that with passage of time, the quality of the watches have gone worse.
Pl. get the same fixed as the watch has an international warranty of TWO years.
Very poor quality of watch supplied by the lifestyle store
I had purchased a analog watch on my anniversary in the month of march 2018
From subhash nagar lifestyle store of amount Rs.4900.
After that i wore but after a day the watch stopped. I thought may b i need to reschedule it .but after many attempts it didnt work. It usully showed time correct for a few minutes and then refused to show the correct timings i went to the store and gave them details they kept it to check the fault in it.The store person gave us a repair receipt saying they will call us after a week as soon as it gets repaired but there was no call back from the sales person. Then after 3 rounds to the store they gave me the watch after 1 and a half month.I was happy i got the watch back but again when i wore it ,it didnt work
I again went back to the store and the same procedure took place there was no reply from the store or the salesman .And till today i have not got my watch .this was the first time i purchased Giordano and the last time too.Its been 8months since i purchased the watch but not wore even for 8 days .so help me what should i do.This was my worst purchase and the worst service provided by lifestore and the Giordano.
No response from gio for the last two months!!
Dear team gio,
I have written 2 emails but haven't got a response from either of them. My father a war veteran had bought a purse for my mother at the Bangalore airport kiosk in February this year. The straps stared wearing off in less than 2 weeks. Please replace the item or refund my fathers hard earned money!!
Awaiting a positive reply at the earliest or I will be forced to go to the consumer court.

The color of My Golden Gio collection watch fades out within a year. It is still under warranty. The seller who sold me the watch is saying that no brand gives the color guarantee. Is it true? And if it is true then what is logic to buy an original one and not the copy
