Change flight without reason and any information
Worst service i have ever seen.
I arrived in Bahrain (01:00) from Goa with flight GF 287 and my connection flight to Athens GF 47 were departed 01:30.
So when I arrived in gate 14a the responsible person while checking my boarding pass informed that my flight change and I will embark in the next flight GF 41 at 09:35 ….
For what reason ??????
Why did this happen nobody explain to me….
I am musician and my agency booked this flight in order to make a concert in a music hall on 23/02 12:00 noon…
I lost the concert and also my daily wage for this live…
Who is responsible to compensate me for this ????
Passport validity
Hi I am going to pakistan on 21 oct and holding pakistan passport as my passport expiry date is on 25 OCt & my return flight is in feb. I will renew my passport in pakistan. Can I still fly with gulf air.

Irresponsible and poor service of Gulf Air
Worst service i have ever seen. They will left the passenger in between and no body is responsible to address your grievances and concern. I had booking from Kuwait to Ranchi dated 31 May 2019 through gulfair and Vistara as codeshare partner. The flight arrived Delhi 20 min late i.e morning 4:50 am on 1st Nov 2019 after that delay in luggage tranfer even though the luggage is having quck transfer tag since they know know that the domestic flight Vistara airways scheduled departure is 6;35am but no initiative has been taken to transfer the luggage and also no information has been passed to codeshare partner Vistara regarding passenger delay. After that another loop hole has been found by the airport security the boarding pass doesnt have the destination printed due to which the security does not allow me to enter the departure terminal. Finally i have again go to vistara to issue another boarding details so due to improper management of gulf airways my Vistara flight missed. I try to talk with Supervisor on duty assured me that he will sent me in the evening flight with the ticket number and pnr details when i went again to Vistsra asking for boarding pass they asked me to pay again for the ticket then only they can block. Since morning 5:30 i am running here and there but there is no body to help and to ask even a glass of water. But finally they regret and issue me a another ticket.
I request gulf airways to investigate this issue that who is responsible for this and the mental harassment i faced due to the poor coordination.
Suitcase Damaged
Hi,
I boarded from Heathrow to Mumbai on 4th October by flight GF426539
On reaching Mumbai on 5th October discovered that one of my Suitcase was damaged badly .
A formal complaint (PIR)was also lodged at the Airport with your staff Kundan Ram _ id 3934.
Attaching the copy of PIR signed by Kundan Ram .Apparently Kundan has also taken few pictures of damaged suitcase , taken the weight , it weighed 12 Kg .
I was convinced that I will get a formal email from Gulf Air the very next day I.e. on 6th October and will be compensated the purchase price
( INR 26000/) of my damaged suitcase , but till now I.e as on 8th October 2022, I haven’t heard anything from Gulf Air .
