Worst scooter ever seen,applied for motor claim on Feb 2024 and till date 28/08/2024 not received my scooter.still in showroom where I given the scooter for service and the showroom thanya motors in ambattur inform to take back the scooter.sibce no response from hero electric.

Inoperative Motor of Hero electric Optima HX
Hello sir,
My self Pawan kumar from Muzaffarpur, Bihar. I had purchased an electric scooty from your Hero authorised showroom ( Optima HX), from the date of purchase we are getting lot of issues in it. Now, from June 2023 it's motor is inoperative and we made a complaint regarding issues to the dealer but he said "we don't have motor jab aayga tub bata denge".No call from him till date. He is giving dates only not solving the issues.
Dont buy any hero Electric
Dont buy any hero Electric vehicle waste of money. 1.5 month over yet the company has not sent my controller. The showroom owner says they will it soon, 1.5 months is not enough to fix the controller issue.Showroom owner gives simple copy-paste replies. No escalation matrix, Parts are not available. Worst after sales. The fraudulent intention of the company.

15/08/2023 को मेरी गाडी BREAKDOWN होती है, 16 तारिख को पता चला की CONTROLLER जल गया है और जमशेदपुर मे उपलब्ध नहि है, ऑर्डर डाल दिया है, आने से सूचित करेंगे
पुरुलिया से नया CONTROLLER मङ्गवाया, फिर जमशेदपुर मे लगाया,
आज फिर से CONTROLLER खराब हो गया लेकिन अभीतक जमशेदपुर मे CONTROLLER नहि है

I PURCHAED ON 27.3.2021 HARLD I HAVE DRIVEN FOR 6 MONTHS THATS ALL , TILL THE DATE THERE IS PROBLEM WITH U R BIKE Y U GUYS MANUFACTURING LIKE THIS KIND OF WORTH LESS VEHICLE AND FOOLING US . Service vere very bad after 3 month later battery not replace
KL 57 W 9615 electric photon purchase on 23/09/2023 in universal trading in kerala malappuram after few month before battery are complaint but not fix it today's. The universal system manjery malapuram kerala shoroom not giving the sufficient reason for the battery complaint.
The battery number HE77226TK15GU1022 please replace my battery immediate effect i have already mailed my problem in the all mail id's in the hero company but not any seriousness in my complaint. I have asking to request to please replace my battery and get by my photon scooter.
POOR EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
MYSELF TAMANNA JAIN OWN HERO NYX E BIKE MODEL. WHENEVER THE BIKE IS SENT FOR SERVICE IT TAKES 5- 7 WORKING DAYS TO REPAIR. IT IS VERY DISSAPPOINTING BECAUSE THE USE OF BIKE IS AT OFFICE AND WE NEVER GET THE BIKE ON TIME. HOW FAR IS THIS FAIR. GOVERNMENT IS PROMOTING E BIKE BUT COMPANY AND DEALERA AND DISTRIBUTORS DONT INTEND TO DO SO BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY MAKING MONEY BY SELLING NEW AND SERVICE AFTER SALES IS WORST OF ALL. Defective scooty
I bought Optima Li red motor no HEFL1905484061 on 12/08/20 from MEXX WORLD ,New Alipore, Kolkata-53. So far it has run only 408 kilometres including delivery from the showroom Mexx World , New Alipore, kolkata and visit to their service center twice. The vehicle has been making awkward sound for which the shockers were changed. But the problem remains the same as it was found that the seat was hitting on the water guard. The technician removed the water guard. But is that the solution to the problem. How will the scooty work during rainy season? Moreover why should I take a defective product?
I urge you to act upon my complaint at the earliest. It seems the company has cheated our hard earned money . Such a new vehicle cannot have this kind of problem otherwise. Please do the needful.

Poor Battery
I brought hero Optima (Electric Scooty) in 31st November 2019 from Mexx World, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053, West Bengal, India. Within One Month battery started draining and poor mileage. I complain to the dealer they check and change battery within 10 days. After 15 days the problem comes again. I complain again and they change my battery again within 15 days. After one month the problem start again. The battery is draining very fast. Unfortunately, Lockdown is happened is hare so, can’t communicate with the showroom or dealers. But, is battery change is only solution of this problem? How many times I change it? Now a days this is going to my headache. After One year Battery Warranty will expire then what I will do? I feel cheated form the company. In the time of purchasing they told me mileage is around 50-60 KM per charge but I never reach that goal, even not half of that properly. Please help me out. I want my money back.

From day one we are suffering due this schooter dealer " SALASAR automobile " is not lessoning any query for very small issue he is asking for money..

Problem for sale due to non removable batteries
Due to non removable batteries of NYX and DASH we get lot of problems in selling them.As people prefer to carry batteries at home for charging. N so they deny to buy thus taking company in great loss. So it is suggested to make further products with removable batteries. Even suspension is of low quality which cause back pain.
