Honda courtsey panipat service is very bad, since last 1 year I didn’ get my car RC but RM and manager are not concerned at all about delaying in service to customer and even they are not guilty for their work.
Kindly take some serious action against that branch

This is with regards with "HOYSALA HONDA -SRI VLS MOTORS (LLP), NO 12C, OPP PRUTHVI THEARTE, B M ROAD, HASSAN-573201 branch, we visited to enquire on expired 2 wheeler insurance and ultimately they made us to buy different insurance company policy without notifying customer about the new insurance tie up, hence when I questioned on same, they question me " what's the big deal If insurance company is different, so your franchise donot give a choice to customer about insurance companies and benefits or what?, is it your franchise decides what to buy and what not to buy on customers money and service manager (banuprakash) and Sandhya is worst employees.

I Sandeep Jain owner of Honda City Diesel VXMT Car 2014 Model, its registration No. is PB13AM1313. My Son Mr. Sajal Jain went for Servicing car on dated 11 September 2020 at Lally Motors Pvt Ltd. Sangrur as per its schedule on 1,60,000 Km. At the time of billing he felt very disappointed by the behavior of your service Manager Mr. Jatinder Kumar. As the Invoice Performa was levied by excess charges. We are servicing our car from the Lally Motors (Prestige Honda, Sangrur) same dealership since the car purchased, even no screw has been tighten from outside. The same work was done in 8500 Rs. you can also check with earlier Invoices but this time, Mr. Jatinder Kumar made Proforma Invoice of 14,500 Rs. My son protested for excess charges & said you can check earlier invoice for the same work in response Mr. Jatinder Kumar took the car keys in his custody & asked to pay the total amount first, then only car will leave the Showroom. I am very much fed up with the behavior of your Mr. Jatinder Kumar(Service Manager). Action must be taken otherwise I & my relatives, friends will not be able to visit your showroom in future. When your service manager don’t know how to deal with the Honda Prestigious Customer.
Before this, we are very much satisfied with the Lally Motors Pvt Ltd. Sangrur but this time we are really disappointed with this behavior. No senior officer can justify the behavior of Jatinder Kumar, Service Manager Sangrur.

I have purchased unicorn 150 on Jan 2020. From the 2nd service there is a problem in head oring and engine oil leakage. From then onwards they done servicing on that problem 5 times. But the problem repeats again. There is no response from the showroom also.I have given complaint to honda customer service twice. They are doing service taking signature from me and submiting to the officials as complaint solved. But there is no change in the problem. It repeats again. Why the problem persists again and again for a new bike. It's a diffault. Our trust is running off from honda. Plz take serious action on this complaint...

Since the beginning I bought the car, the service from your authorized service is not excellent. I am getting my service from fixed (only one) service center at Sri Laxmi Automobile Pvt. Ltd., at Brigade Honda, Yalahanka.
Recently, I got the service of my vehicle (Honda city-KA53, MD6161) on 25th July 2020. They charged about Rs.23, 000/- out of which Rs. 14, 000/- is labor charge and remaining Rs.9, 000/- spear parts (Copy Uploaded). See the quantum of charge you people levying on the customer in the name of service and even there was no major complaint. This is part of the story. See the quality of service they provided (Uploaded photos) against the cost. Every small touch of labor to the car, you charged heavily without quality. Dear team,
It is with sincere regret that I am having to complain to you about the absolutely terrible servicing of my HONDA WRV, with registration number GJ 05 RF 0297. In spite of constant complaints to service center at SURAT (DREAM HONDA)and have been extremely unhelpful and incapable of sorting out my issues. These are the following issues faced with the car-
1. The excel/sock obserber/sterring assembly is making nocking noise since I purchased a car. It’s making noise while running on lil rough road and while crossing the speed breaker.
2. The service department/dealer is not able or not trying get the fault . And they are misguiding me by inform me as they had changed lower arms and shock obserber. while I didn’t get improvement in performance. And I didn’t get satisfaction by their service. I am continue complaining for this problem to service department since first free service. Even I complained two times for this on toll free number too.
Please note that the vehicle has driven only 15000 kilometres and it has completed 1 year and four months only of purchase.
Please note, I am terribly frustrated at the way HONDA has treated me and if my issues are not resolved at the earliest, I would have no alternative but to take this issue to the consumer forum. I have apprised my lawyers about the issue and we will not take sloppy replies or callous service center experiences lightly. THANK YOU

Dear Sir
I am an owner of a CR-V vehicle, registration number is GJ05JK9963.
It is registered under the name Mr. Lalit Agarwal.
I sent my vehicle for insurance for some damages thinking that it will be covered under insurance.
But on a total invoice of Rs. 70,000, only Rs. 30,000 was covered under insurance.
Still I went ahead and carried out all the expenses since I wanted my car to good as new.
Now there is a part called headlamp washer which was unavailable at that time and I was assured that it will come within a week.
It has been more than 2 months now and I am repeatedly told that it's in back order.
I was informed that since there are very less CR-V cars therefore the parts take time.
Now my whole car is almost as good as new and there is a gaping hole in front bumper. It was better before I had my bumper pained thinking that the part would be delivered in a week. (Pictures attached)
Before also I had complained about the navigation chip update and till now have not received any satisfactory solution.
This happens to a person who owns the most expensive car from your line up.
I am deeply appalled.
This is not the Honda that is known for its after sales service and customer relations.
I am a Honda fan through and through.
I also own a City(GJ05JP1215).
But I think with such loose commitments nobody can opt for your cars now.
I am regretting the decision of chosing your company for both of my cars more than I can put into words.

Its just been 8months to my honda jazz regn no. MH02EZ4227 and suddenly yesterday (2/07/2019) while driving, i faced a breakdown.
Trouble list:
While driving when i faced a breakdown situation, i reapplied self start but , it was not getting started.
When it got started, i put the car in first gear and applied accelerator but, car didnt move ahead rather got stopped.
Engine is making unusual noise.
We have complained and asked for technician from honda but, the person has still not reached (3/7/2019) rather delaying unnecessarily and this is hampering several things to commute.

I purchased a Honda City( automatic) on March 2018 from Trivandrum, Kerala, and have been having complaints with the car's battery from 6 months of purchase. I have had to have the battery attended to for a total of 4 times in the past one year. The latest one being on 17th of June, 2019. We had to be on different calls from different people from Honda asking us the same questions all morning to have someone come by in the afternoon at 1:45 pm to attend to the complaint. I have an Extended Warranty and Roadside Assistance certificate and none of this seems to make my life as a Honda customer any easier.
We requested that we need a change of battery and was asked to bring the car in for checking on 18th June to Pothen's Honda Service, Trivandrum, where my 80 year old husband and myself were made to wait for 3 hours only to be told that there is nothing wrong with the battery and that we will have to keep waiting to check what is wrong. When we protested we were told that we could take the car back and they will have the car picked for a detailed check the next day morning. Now they are claiming that they need people from Amaron to come and certify the quality of the battery. I am appalled at the delay and tedious process for changing a car battery, as well as the lack of empathy and customer focus of the staff at Pothen's Honda Centre, Trivandrum.
I need a new battery for my car asap as I believe we have been taken for a ride as a Honda customer. My customer experience has been extremely frustrating and not in keeping with the core values or philosophy Honda upholds. I hope to get my complaint resolved and my car fit for use with new battery with guarantee, as soon as possible.

POOR QULAITY OF TYRES - WRV- BRIDGESTONE.
Purchased WRV-DTV on 29.6.2018, since then I have run the vehicle for 19000 KMS,
pathetically, within these kilometers, my three tyres got damaged, latest one on 20.5.2019.
during the earlier two damages, when shown in Aditi Honda Show room at Hospet karnataka, show room person said it is not due to manufacturing defect, hence cannot be replaced or warranty period does not applicable.
now it is third tyre, if not the manufacturing defect or not the poor qualiity, why the tyres shoud damage so frequently within 20000kms,
the tyres used are BRIDGESTONE,
before this, I used two other cars, to the extent of more than 1 lakh kms, but never had such problem.
Whether HONDA official can sincerely solve this problem.

WRV Tyres are Bad quality
I faced a similar issue with WRV Tyres. One of my car tyre tyre got punctured 1st & then teh stepney got burst within 30-40 KM. My tyre compnay was Goodyear.
The worst part is they asked to log a comlaint in Goodyear as they say they are simply not responsible for tyres fault.
And goodyear on the other hand say it might have been a road issue that there was soemthing on the road & cleaned off their hands.
They are all thugs & provide a worst customer service.

This report is about the incident of HONDA trigger 150 CC (Black) accident in Chapai Nawabganj. On 27 Octtobor, 2018 we got the final fire service investigation report and we have given one copy to "SHISHIR HONDA' (Local Dealer of Honda Company, Chapai Nawabganj) therefore they can send it to the head office. For your convenience I am describing the whole phenomenon once again. I have attached all the required documents including the police report and fire service investigation report.
Full description:
My father owns a Honda Trigger motorbike. With great interest and curiosity, he brought it for personal use around 6 months ago. He’s actually a veteran biker; having an experience of more than twenty riders riding and maintaining motorcycles.
On the Day of 23rd June, my father was returning to our house from Chapai Nawabganj city, having filled up the fuel tank with 11 liters of octane and having attended a lunch invitation which was around 10 kilometers away from our house, where he had parked the motorbike out in the open. At that time, the sun was not too bright, but it was shining.
After travelling only 5 kilometers, he arrived at a place called Shotrajitpur. There was a road curve there, but not much traffic. My father took the turning slowly and cautiously, and he did not hit anything. But still he fell off the bike suddenly without a warning. When he got up, he saw that the bike was lying on the ground in flames. The people who were present on spot came to my father’s assistance and all of them tried to use sand (Shotrajitput is a rural area so the ground is mostly bare soil and not pavement, etc.) to extinguish the flame. But the rear wheel was still burning after all efforts. My dad tried to lift up the bike but it again burst into flames and the fuel tank burst out. Before anything could be done, the entire bike was burned. As you can see from the pictures attached, the bike has been completely destroyed.
I want to drop a complain to the Honda Head office Bangladesh.
It is quite impossible that a bike got blasted just after a few months month of buying. We will provide all the legal documents like Bike original papers, Fire service documents, Photos, Police GD application copy, videos etc. Please help us out and necessary steps

The transfer papers of old car could not be executed due to some unfortunate deaths in the family of my Director who was to sign the transfer papers of old car.
The same got ultimately signed only in the last week of March 2019 and were duly delivered to your authorised showroom in Gurgaon ( M/s Sukoi Motors P Ltd) with physical delivery of old car.
However in the meantime I paid full value of the new car in February and got the delivery.
Sir, I have not been given the benefit of Exchange Bonus which was also one of the main attractions for purchase of new honda car.

With reference to the above subject. I'm try to give my 2 wheeler 2nd service in the Rayal Honda service centre since from last week.
But they are not given any response for the service and the customer too.
Day before yesterday they asked me to come in the night. Once I reached at 7pm they denied that asked me to come in morning. So again I went and meet them at morning 7 am along with my family and children.
They asked me to wait until 9 o clock for simple booking for service.
If they same response from your service centre is continuing then you may lose your customers in future.
So do the needful ASAP.

The mail notifies about the continous defect in the Geyser of my bike,Honda Unicorn which I bought on 14/ 5 /2016 from Aditya Enterprises, Nadakkavu, Calicut, Kerala. The vehicle emerged a knocking sound from engine since the first service. Now it has ran for about 36,000 km but, the problem has not yet resolved. The main problem that I face is its termination even while running. I've already registered a complaint with the Honda dealer even before when this problem occured freuently,for which they replaced vehicle's engine head .The bike were kept for 45 days for examination of complaint .I peacefully wait because I hope everything will be okay after replacing the engine head, But the same problem arised again after one month.And due to this,as I'm scared,I'm not able to go with it properly and I need a permanent solution to the same.I hereby, request you please resolve this issue as I'm a Honda bike lover .

However, its been 6 months for my purchase of WRV Diesel and it is constantly giving a mileage of approximate 12-13 Km/L which is not at all satisfactory. Therefore, I believe Honda is giving a wrong information to all of its customers which is extremely bad for your image. Also, I possess a few cars from Honda and have never encountered any such problem before.
I have also complained the same to Honda's service centre quite a number of times and after testing the car they replied that my car can attain a maximum of 16 Km/L that too when the speed is uniform at 60 Km per hour on 6th gear which is an impractical thing living in a city like Delhi. I think you should be aware of the fact of that this is hampering your image as well.
Either send me a good driver free of cost who can give the mileage that Honda claims or refund my money or replace my car.
Being a loyal customer of Honda, I expect a positive response from the company as soon as possible.
Honda Jazz purchased by KB Systems Pvt. Ltd

Immediately after purchasing Honda Jazz it has been noticed that car
is defective. The defects are mentioned below:
1. A-Very-Low-Pickup
2. Gear Issue (specially first gear is always showing intermittent behaviour)
3. Air-conditioning functional issue
4. Irritating sound from rear-right-side wheel
5. Most dangerous problem is slipping of car in inclined plane which
can only be controlled by applying hand-break
Inspite of complaining many times at the Honda showroom/ authorised
service centre (details attached below) and visiting the Honda
showroom/authorised service centre 3-4 times since we bought the
vehicle, we face the same problems.
An investment of INR 800,000 is hitherto made by KB Systems Pvt. Ltd.
which is almost useless. Details of the investment on this car are
mentioned as follows:
1. Value of car (as on ninth day of April,2018) INR 6,92,512
2. An insurance of INR 26,175 on the vehicle
3. An investment of INR 81,300 on car registration (various other
activities involved)
Such a mediocre performance was not expected from Honda motors. You
are advised to refund the sum of INR 800,000 until the second day of
July, 2018 otherwise I will launch a complaint in Indian Consumer
Forum. I will be forced to publish
a review on social media (facebook, whattsapp, et cetera) , global
forums and/or print media (the largest print media and press in the
world is Indian Media).

Honda New Amaze purchase thereof
I purchased Honda Amaze Petrol CVT on 11thJune 2018 from Courtesy Honda Lally Automobiles ,Industrial Area , Phase 1 ,Chandigarh. I also got extended warranty and paid for this service a sum of Rs 14441/- while actual extended warranty for 4th & 5th years charges as per price list are Rs 11343. This deviation I pointed out to sale persons but answered that earlier value was from memory while actual is as stated and charge Rs 14441?. It clearly a cheating and deceptive. Even on my approach on !2th June 2018, I was not refunded the difference amount.
By doing so dealer dealings were not clean and lack the customer services. It created in my mind doubts about the quality and future services by renowned Honda for my New Amaze.
The Honda enterprise must return the overcharged amount and make arrangements to deliver booklet/documents of extended warranty.

I have booked New Honda amaze emt Diesel at avantika Honda Ratlam on 21/05/2018
Salesperson committed to deliver car till 6 June 2018, when I contacted on 2 June he told me that 20 days more delayed.
And now on 15 June he is saying that the delivery of car is uncertain till 6 to 12 month and take your booked amount back
In this duration I have spent 5000 rupees in arranging money and financer, and all my friends and relatives ask me again and again about car, who is responsible for this.
And way of talking of staff was very irresponsible even they do not feel sorry for their deeds
Finally I am very disappointed and going for Tata tigor
BRV- SERVICES AT STERLING HOND DILSHAD GARDEN DELHI
My car no UP14DH-4875 got service on 10/05/2018 and AC pipe damaged by sterling Honda staff during service.
But this ac pipe was not available in Delhi NCR and car hold from 11/05/2018 to 28/05/2018.
After geting assurance by their officials that they will replace this without any charge due to their fault.
They have charged me Rs.8411/- after 17 days drama for payment.
This agency is getting involve in many false commitments which was given at the time of booking the car.
Also agency harassed the customers.
RC book not given, after two months, since purchase
Sir,
Purchased my Honda Brio from Khivraj Motors, Chennai on thirteenth March this year. Despite calls to the salesman, I have still not received the Registration document
( RC ), and still rely on the temporary Gate pass.
This delay is unacceptable and no support from this dealer or explanation.
Full money paid and car delivered but no permanent docs still

Warranty not given on daily ignition key
I had approached the Honda dealer ship at Chandigarh M/s Courtesy Honda for the complaint of non functioning of ignition key of my Honda Amaze car but they had refused one of the other reason, i.e. with out remote key is working, km is out of limit, key damage, this shows they don't want to resolve the matter. As we keep on extending our warranty by paying annul charges to Honda but when comes to claim, I found to be cheated. Thus through this mail I request Honda to look in to matter & resolve needfull.

Poor post sales service
Hi,
I purchased Honda WRV From Vaishali Honda Patna on 15th march. I have my car insurance with Honda assure.
My car get damaged by an accident and I contacted the workshop.
Person over there informed me that parts are not available and It will take 15 days to fix my problem.
They given me an option that they will order for my car parts and they will inform me once parts arrive although they never called me.
In 20 days I called atleast 5 times and finally I was informed that parts has arrived.
4 days back when I reached there to deposit my car they asked me to come next day as the concerned person is not available in workshop(although I have taken prior appointment).
After lot of argument and persuation they took the car.
After 4 days when I called up today in the workshop they informed that insurance survey have not been made.
Do you people think this is the service your customers are looking for.
Kindly look in the matter and do the needful ASAP.

Bad Service & Poor build quality of Honda Amaze
Dear Honda,
I have purchased Honda Amaze with Reg. No. UP78/DL/4001 in may 2014 but i am very disappointed with your service and build quality of your car.First come to my point about your service . I gave my car here in Kanpur to the service station of your dealer M/S Pushp Honda Kanpur on 8th of may 2018 for repairing of broken back light & one side mirror with little damage front bumper and they took TEN days to repair such a little work also they didn't attend my another complaints like A/c and suspension work even after 10 days. When i was little anger for not attending my other complaints they did service of the A/C and they charged Rs.4000/- only for servicing A/C. Here i am not understanding why you charge such a huge amount for A/C sevicing , even another car dealers charge only Rs.1000/- to Rs.2000/-.
Now come to my another point , about build quality of the car .I have purchased the car 4 years back and the car was single handedly driven about 45000 K.M. but i am very disappoint to say that all the tyres have been changed at 30000 K.M. and now suspension , shocker , arm all are sounding and need to change. your dealer told me the estimate of Rs.38000/- for repairing. Here my point is that why everything of my car need repairing in such a small running ? In one sentence i would like to say " Don't buy HONDA cars".

MY NEW HONDA CITY CAR - WAS OFFERED SERVICE AT MUTHOOT HONDA SERVICE STATION AT QUILON. WHEN THE VEHICLE RETURNED AFTER SO CALLED SERVICE IT WAS CLEAR THAT THEY HAD MADE SIMPLE WATER SERVICE ON THE OUTER SIDE OF THE CAR ONLY. EVEN THE DUST INSIDE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REMOVED. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ALSO DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. I WILL BE FORCED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH SOCIAL MEDIA IF DOES NOT TAKE ACTION ON THE PART OF THE SERVICE STATION.

Car Reg No AP07S9459, Honda City, I would like to share my through disappointment with Metro Honda Bowenpally, the worst service I ever experienced. Let me come to the point. Since Last 2 services I ve had problems with my car and you keep giving the same excuse that you do not have spare parts and return the car only with general service which I can get it done anywhere. I give my car specific to Honda so that everything can happen in one go. Wheel mounting issue pending since 2 services. Vibrations Pending Since two services. Ignition problems pending since 2 services. Also your service manages to be trained properly how to deal with customer. I keep paying unnecessary general check up charges and take my car because there is no spare parts. Please refund this general check charge any mechanic can do that I tell the issues. I dont need to go to Honda for the same and come back only with issues and no solutions Will post the same online too since I am very disappointed.

I brought Honda jazz last year 2017
As a full assurance promised by Honda for my car and they asked me to do insurance with iffco - Tokio as it is Honda assured 100%.
Last month Feb 27th I meet with a accident and I brought my car to near by service centre after I meet with accident but till now my car has not started because the insurance person is stopping and he is expecting me give a bond on 100 rupees stamp paper that my car will not cross repair value of 75% of my car IVD are he will go for other mode of settlements then why did Honda ppl asked me to this insurance then this kind of case and why you ppl said you will be giving 100% assurance for my vechicle.
This is consider very serious issue very worst service and don't hide all this things and put clearly and explain to customer before asking him to do insurance to his car .
Callcenter --Onroad assistance service

We have a honda brio which we had purchased around 2013. Car is out of warranty wrt onroad assistance which we are aware. When my car broke down on a busy bellandur road due to battery issue , i contacted 1800 number to get help.While i was ready to pay for the services the callcenter was hell bent to collect the charges first instead of helping a Honda customer stranded on a busy street. I expected a better service or atleast some understanding of the situation by the Honda callcenter individual. I even said that i can pay once the car starts or to the service center directly. Instead She was adamant that this is the process and it is how the whole thing works. I was left bemused and dissatisfied. But thanks to the Dakshin Honda people who helped me to do a jump start. Infact i was going to Dakshin honda to give the car for service. Overall i was unhappy with the callcenter support.
Desirable resolution: Would have been great if they could have helped me first and ask me to pay to the service center or pay online later. Instead asking a already aggrieved customer to pay immediately left a bad taste.

Poor quality of Bridgestone tyres used on Honda car
Dear Sir
I purchased Honda car in July 2017. After driving about 4266 KMs I have found that the quality of tyres used on Honda cars is poor and hazardous.
While returning from Haridwar on the National Highway the front tyre went flat suddenly. Being evening I replaced it with spare tyre and continued.
I bought the tyre to Infinity Motors -Gurgaon for check up. They told me the tyre is torn.
Sir, please tell how the tyre of new car gets torn on the highway and only after 4000 kms of usage when the air pressure is optimum.
Bridgestone agent does not want to replace it on FOC though it a manufacturing defect with penurious quality.
Above all it s the question of life of all the passengers in the car who could meet un-fateful mishap for the fault of the impoverished quality tyre used on the vehicle.
Honda is famous for its quality and safety standards world wide. Kindly let this faith be there always.
Please do not play with the trust of your customers by using sub-standard products.
May I request pay attention to the safety of driver and co-passsengers by using products of international standard which infuses belief in the buyers that they are buying an Internationally proven product.
Kindly reinspect all supplies from Bridgestone tyres and guard their vulnerability for the sake of Humanity.

Hello HONDA.
Its not been complete two months having a new WRV, and its been above our neck now to bear SHUBH HONDA, i cant say about other HONDA showroom.
-->> We have not received 'xyz' accessories committed at the time of purchasing. They are not denying but just today-tomorrow.
-->> Given vehicle for 1st servicing on 5th of Feb '18, Noon. Received back on 8th of FEB, noon. It took for days,which was committed for 3 & half hours.
-->> 2nd Key, received is damaged when received. Updated. No action taken yet.
## Still we are not clear, whether i can get those accessories from outside or HONDA gonna fulfill their commitment.
I m surprised to see this ignorance in this era where Service & Client Satisfaction is the Most focused segment in every industry.
