Induction not supporting any utensils

Refer my SVC req MAH181206001 of last week of Oct. Sir I have purchased a induction cook top FM amazon of 800 watt. This item is nighther support induction fndly utensils nor any other, this item is taken on 26 of Oct 18, it is still kept as a show piece in my kitchen , for this SVC req no one came before 08 DEC 18. FM 08 DEC to 30 DEC I was not in this city. There after no attendance of my SVC req. PSE do favour if possible. I am not aspecting SVC charge, if itis then let me know.

For service of Inalsa cooktop Four burner

I have Inalsa cooktop of 4 burner. One of them getting off while putting it on sim mode. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
