mobile case not receive till today

I ordered 2 covers from the site after that there is almost 8 days above yet my order not delivered and they are not responding to my msgs on WhatsApp helpdesk..... Call is not possible on that number

Coin pouch 12 pieces don't receive till today

We have ordered 12 coin pouches before 2 and a half week and paid around 1300 and till today we dint receive it.

The cus care number is not working and no response from the same. My first order itself was a miserable experience as till now I did not receive my mobile case even after paying the money. They did not refund the money either. There is no proper response for mail also..Worst ever service.
