Frequent internet disconnection and terrible speed issue .
Nobody is addressing the issue as well..
Initial Deposit not given
My mobile no is 9008xxxxxx . I removed this connection. Nothing wrong with the service. Except for 2 times.. There was major breakdown. Now that i surrendered the connection WHERE IS THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDABLE? THIS IS WHAT I DON'T LIKE AFTER ALL THE GOOD WORK YOUR TEAM HAS PUT IN! REMEMBER YOU ARE A BIT NEW TO FRAZER TOWN BANGALORE 560005.
What a rubbish service you
What a rubbish service you are providing? Every second day the issue is occurring. It supposed to be best service, but acting like worst. No one is picking the calls, nobody is responding... If you are not capable to provide the service, tell your customers to find other services and say sorry'... Irritating process all it is.
Against service
Too worst service in mumbra branch i complaint regarding installation but there is no reponse in three days after 3 days they told me tahts not my area n language of tecnician are too cheap

Internet is not working from morning.
I am facing issue with connectivity i have raised complain in the application of ion but did not replying from there.
Totally worst service from ion service centre. Kindly look my concern and give solution as soon as possible.

They are not listing your issue and directly disconnecting your calls.
As oer my personal experience please don't take internet connection from this agency. You will not get proper service and you will waste your valuable time and money.

I am facing after every 2 days internet issue.
As in this situation we are working from home and due to internet issues we are not able to work and it is going Absent and it is directly impacting my salary.
And for this totally D-VoiS is responsible.
I am paying full amount but not getting proper service.
And after many follow up not getting permanent solution.
Even though customer support also not responding to our calls.
It's clearly indicates that you are just looting money and not resolving internet issue.
I am going to file case against your agency.
As we are paying full amount but no internet service your providing and due to that i am losing my salary and job.

This is to inform you that every week i am facing issue internet not working. And i am raising ticket on portal but solution i am not getting.
As i am working from home and internet is very important now days and if facing Internet issue every week then how we can complete our work.
Every time i can not give the reason to my manager that my internet is not working.

My internet is not working from last three days.
As suggestion on first day they said need to wire and its 3rd day none of engineer revert back from that day.
When I call office there usual response 'No engineer to work on it' and disconnects the call.
Worst After Sale Services & Rowdy Staff
I'm writing this since Quiet Long but no respite at all. I am bewildered now as I don't know why I've renewed my subscription i.e instead of monthly subscription I renewed it as as yearly subscription. From that day I'm feeling the real pain. This revealed a lot many things about this company ION or D-Vois.
They're fraud, they've rowdies to take care of their branches especially Belapur branch. They close complaint in form of tickets without any solutions. They're worst, horrible, cheets.
In spite of a lot many attempt on browser I'm failed to get any proper desk where I can lodge my complain or Interact with any of their cs team.
But again I'm writing this with a hope that it might reach to somebody who can give me the desired solution.
My issues-
It's already a more than a month time since I renewed my subscription for higher speed but speed wise it is not nenewed. As per this renewed plan i'was supposed to get a powerful router which is still pending & the most painful part I want someone reliable who can be reached for immediate assistance.

I have been trying to dial the Toll Free Number on your website, it says it doesn't exist.
Have raised a ticket as well, but no response yet ticket no: TKT3404833

I have raised a request throughonline ticketing tool to change my my location address. But my request has been closed without my knowledge I have received below message ,
"Your complaint TKT3185294 has been Resolved."
Kindly look into it since the above issue is grave & not meeting my expectations
