Mobile Number Country Code is incorrect
When I tried booking a ticket, the site says my profile is incomplete and that I have to update it. In the mobile number field, there's a default country code of +91 (India) but my country code is +63 (Philippines). I tried changing the country field but to no effect.
It seems that I cannot change the default +91. I entered my mobile number anyhow and as expected, I did not get a mobile verification number. Now, I cannot even log in because it asks for the mobile verification number before I can proceed. I hope there's a better way of implementing a verification scheme.

Yes, I got same problem. I am from Malaysia but the mobile phone country only for India. Last time, I am able to book from IRCT without any problem. But now, instead of improving the website create more inconvenience to book the train from outside India. The worst part, it just deactivate the account, once we put wrong info just because we dont have indian mobile number.

Local train tickets
Presently, railway tickets/season tickets for Two-way travel (i.e. western-central) are issued for travel via DADAR only. In order to relieve the congestion at Dadar, I suggest that tickets should be issued for travel via ELPHINSTONE ROAD/PAREL STATIONS also. The rates however, should not be increased as it is only a matter of one station. The Railways would be doing a big favour to the already frustrated commuters.

Don't worry about your deduction, just login your account through irctc.co.in and click on link failed transaction you can see your failed transaction history and finally your payment will be transfer back to your SBI account.

Mobile OTP not received
I have been trying to register myself using the IRCTC User ID Registration, and everything is going smoothly, except I have not received any SMS with my mobile OTP. I have received the email with my email OTP but the mobile OTP is not being sent. I have tried resending the OTP request 3 times by now. The mobile number I have entered is 100% correct, (10 digits) but I still have not received my mobile OTP SMS and am therefore unable to purchase my online tickets. Please help.

I have registered as mgs_nair with a password. I forgot my password and tried to log in with the comments password forgot. A reply appeared in the window that the password has been reset and sent to my e-mail. It was not received till todate.
So I registered again and was informed that my mobile number has been used already and advised me to use a different mobile number.
I have only only one mobile phone/number and hence I find it difficult to register and reserve the tickets.
It is requested that all my previous registrations may kindly be cancelled and I may be permitted to do fresh registration.

Removing my no from IRCTC Database

My user is seemon_raj. I haven't been able to loging to my account for a while now. One of my no's 9840086662 has been used to register but never received a mobile verification code. I used another 5 numbers but received the code on none. I want you people to do the following for me:
1) Remove my no 9840086662 from the database.
2) Reset my password and email the new password. I tried the reset password many times but never received a password on my email.

Amount deducted but ticket not booked

On 25th Feb around 7.30 PM We made a transaction of Rs 2,462.00 for booking train between Cochin and Bangalore for 26th Feb tatkal. However the ticket was not booked but the amount deducted from my Citibank account. my userid is parvathy80. Please look into this to get the transaction reversed ASAP.

unable to login to IRCTC
I have an account in irctc from past 4 years.
I was getting a message that my email id is not verified,
so I clicked on 'verify' and got a notification that my password has been reset
and new password is sent to my registered email id. But I didn't receive any email there.
Now when I am trying to login to the account with old password, it is showing invalid username/pwd .
