I am writing to formally lodge a grievance regarding the defective brake system in the Kinetic EV Zing that I purchased from Nee Motors Moidomia , North Lakhimpur on 6th May 2024.
Since the date of purchase, I have experienced ongoing issues with the brake system of the vehicle. Despite visiting your service centre (4) four times to resolve the problem, the issue persists, indicating that the brake system may be inherently defective.
Given that the vehicle is still under warranty, and run only 738.00 km I would like to understand why the defective part has not been compensated or replaced under the warranty terms. This situation has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also raised concerns about the safety of the vehicle.
Furthermore, I would like to know how the vehicle passed the Quality Control (QC) checks at the company despite having a defective brake system. It is concerning that such a critical safety component was not identified and rectified during the QC process.
I request that this issue be addressed promptly, with either a full repair or replacement of the defective brake system at no additional cost to me. I also expect a detailed explanation of how the defect occurred and why it was not detected earlier.
On 28/08/2024, I had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Ananya Hazarika, Service Engineer at Kinetic Green North East. During our conversation, Mr. Hazarika confirmed that the brake system of my EV scooter is indeed defective. However, I was informed that this issue would not be covered under the warranty, which I find unacceptable.
Please treat this matter with urgency and respond within [mention a reasonable timeframe, e.g., "(seven business days") of receiving this l mail. I trust that Kinetic and your dealership will take the necessary steps to ensure that this issue is resolved to my satisfaction.
Battery problem
I had purchased a Kinetic E, Luna from Dwarka on 23/02/2024 which shows 79 kms on full charge. While we were told that it will run 110 kms but it shows only 65 kms. It is moving. I had made a video of charging and also of the meter and sent it to the Dwarka seller but did not get any response and I had purchased x2, neither is it written in it which one it is. And I don't know how many KWH the battery is
I have purchased my zinc
I have purchased my zinc scooty from pragathi nagar Blive saavi motors I have battery issue they said the battery problem was small but 1 week complete but my battery has not repaired
Extra fitting for zoom
I purchased zoom scooter with full payment. On last month in
IMPACT Showroom,Kukatpally, Hyderabad. But till date extra
Fittings are not fitted to my
Scooter. It's very poor service.
