I am writing to complaint against the agent named Mr. Kamal Jain, this person least care about the customer once the policy gets matured, 10 year plan we got from him and to collect cheque for the installment this person every time comes to us on time, but once it got matured it took more than three months chasing this person to hand over the form to get my mature sum, but, after three months i get his response "go to the office and get the form and fill your documents yourself".

Could anyone here explain what can be done, and why such agents are not good professionals.

Hello Sir,

I am an existing policy holder for a long time for policy. I have been paying my premium on time. However, last year I had to travel to UK and I am still in UK. My Premium was due in Jan 2020 but as I was not using my India Phone number, I could not notice the alert and forgot to make payment.

Given the current Covid-19 situation, I am not sure when I will travel back to India, surely not before July 2020. However, because of this my Policy has lapsed, and I cannot make payment online to revive it.

I want to make the payment so my policy continues. I have checked online and I see that with a late fee I can revive my policy, but I am not sure how and whom to pay. If you can let me know the details and method of online payment, as I would like to make the payment and revive my policy.

Request for further relaxation in late fees in premium payment

At first I congratulate LICI management for enhancing grace period of premium payment of MARCH & APRIL, 2020. in view of the NCOVID19 pandemic & resultant nationwide lock down.
But to effectively combat spread of this epidemic, our Hon'ble PM has extended lock down upto 3rd May 2020. As a result many self employed and employed in contractual & unorganised sector persons has lost their earning for a longer time. Keeping this in mind I request you to further extend the grace period of premium payment without late fees/revival for a period of 2 months in addition to normal grace period for the premium falling due on MARCH,APRIL,MAY & JUNE 2020. Please take the decision at the earliest for the welfare of policyholders

First of all you can approach of your Jurisdictional District Judge for getting stay on payment of LIC and also file a civil suit for amount should be pay to your daughter's kids. Honourable Supreme Court already decided this issue.

Worst online service ever -

1. The customer care no updated for cuttack branch in the website is wrong. No body picks that phone
2. After several search in google though I got the no but nobody picks that phone. The message was always " Due to technical difficulty your call could not get through call later". I have been trying for the last one month but I listen the same messgae.

A Lic Agent made fraude and miss used my lic amount, I made complaint in Lic, waiting for 3 years to get solutions, still now not resolved, Very worst care on customer, Worst people working in Vaniyambadi and vellore division including Marketing Managar C. Muthuvel.

Yes i agree with you, even i have applied a loan and they are telling that has been sanctioned on 31/12/2012, but still i didn't get any amount and iam keep on calling to that LIC office what ever they have given number, no one is responding to my call again i am sending email nearly 10, but no reply, this LIC service, even i informed to my agent and when ever i called up to him he is telling there is no clerk sir you call me to morrow sir. Then what the use of LIC, i will suggest to my friends please dont go for LIC it is better to invest it in post office or any private sector.
