delaying of delivery

Sir , i booked dezire vdi on 07.04.11, At Pollachi about Maruti Tamilnadu, my receipt no is 11000073, , they promised me to deliver in three months(approx 06.07.11).I reached the office on the first week of July to enquire about the delivery and settlements , the sales person in office told me the delivery will be delayed for another 9 months. So i tried to meet the manager twice in vain . Then i contacted booking agent -Rajendra Kumar about the delay. He simply told me that it's not his duty to inform regarding delay. So i contacted the customer care and made a complaint regarding this (complaint no..3097836153). On 06.07.11 I received a hand written letter in white paper( not in official letter pad) stating that delivery will be at the end of September. How can i take it as an authentic one( letter signed by ram Kumar -sales i don't know who he is ). Is this the way of treating customers with erratic replies by the booking agent also by the higher officials in that concern, i don't know it's your own or Maruti's culture. If your not interested in customer service please inform at the first. Pl don't cheat the uneducated persons like me. I think so the above mentioned persons are bypassing my seniority for their personal profits. I had checked with other dealers in Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy , Dindigul after the above problem they i got the real scenario of about Pollachi. Really 9 months is needed for delivery after three months booking period kindly think over it

Delay in delivery of Maruti Swift Dzire VXI

I have booked Maruti Swift Dzire VXI black colour on 12.05.2011 with Rs. 10000/- at your Bongaigaon agency in Assam. Initially I was asked the delivey would be made within 30 days thereafter they usually tell me the delivery will be made with in 15 days but it is very regretted that the delivery is yet not made after expiry of 63 days. The agency has today told me that the car would be delivered within July 2011 but now I cannot trust upon them.

Maruti True Value

Dear All,
I had purchased a 2007 Maruti 800 (18000+ kms) at Maruti True Value - Khivraj True Value, Chennai about 3 months back. From day 1 I have been having issues. They did not give me duplicate keys and made me run about for 1 month. The horn failed within 10 days and was repaired. After about 15 days a/c and body developed rattling and there was a/c water leakage in cabin. Then to top it all the wiper blade failed every time it was switched on. They had no technical capable person to even understand the problems.
I had reached out to Maruti office in Chennai and spoke to Mr. Riaz of True Value. Then they redirected me to ABT service center. some of these issues were fixed but within 2 days the wiper failed - 5th time. Now maruti people do not come on line and I am stuck with a defective product. The car is still under True Value Warranty.
Maruti used a trust worthy brand...now I guess corruption has taken root and probably these incompetent dealers are paying some kind of monthly money to maruti employees to get these under the carpet while they indulge in selling defective products and cheat the average man on the street.
I am at a real loss of Rs.1.5L as I feel guilty in wanting to sell it to some unsuspecting person and cut my losses.
People, Maruti is now a cheating fraud selling garbage as they have established a brand image.

Not Getting Proper Service From Maruti Dealer At Bhubanerswar

Dear Sir,
I am a Maruti brand loyal customer & in my life I purchased 2 cars which were of Maruti brands ( Maruti 800 & at present Maruti Swift VXI) from Beekay Auto, Burdwan,West Bengal.
At present I am staying at Bhubaneswar & given by vechile for servicing at Sky Automobiles , but I am very sorry to stay this is one of worst Service Center Maruti is having, they don't have any commitment level is very low neither there service engineer don't even bother to respond to your phone call.

I would u request u look in the same so that the customer going there get better service.

Customer Complain

Dear Sir,
I am a Maruti brand loyal customer & in my life I purchased 3 cars which were of Maruti brands ( Maruti Van / Maruti 800 & at present Maruti Swift LDI)
Being a loyal customer when I bought SWIFT on 31st May 2009 I had all accessories in my car from Maruti authorized dealer Kataria Sales & Service / Ahmedabad.
From the date of purchase of my swift car till today I have never gone to service my car or repair it any where except Maruti authorize service dealer Kataria Sales & Service / Ahmedabad.
Sorry to say with a sad experience with Kataria Sales & Service / Ahmedabad on my last Car Service with Invoice no BR11000908 dated 13th April 2011. Whereby I gave my car for services & asked for minor AC check up & to my surprise when I received car after services I found my AC not at all working properly when I was called by your customer care for review of services I told them about & they called me to service station but the Workshop Manager & Mr Jadeja the service supervisor never bothered & just sprinkled water on AC front Net. Few days latter on not getting result for AC working, when I went to workshop I was been told to spend Rs 5K for AC services & other expense.
This is absolutely found unethical on your part that you spoil something during Car given for services & latter ask for charges.
With this letter if I am not found solution to my complaint within 3 days then I will be complaining in CERC & let us meet in court of law.

Dear sir, Head of the Maruti Suzuki Ltd India. I Smt. Lanolin Rymmai from Meghalaya-Nongrim Sohra, would like to state in front of you, that by last month of April i bought a Wagon R Lxi from your dealership Rani Motors,Shillong. And what we noticed and found that they delivered us a car with scratches at the bonnet and left side back door scratch. We make a complaint on seeing the odd look of the car but they advised us that on the time of first servicing of the car, they would give a written document to be given to the dealer workshop to do the needful. But what actually happened, that on the day we went for servicing the car,the workshop on seeing the piece of paper written from the dealer to do and repair the scratches, they were against it and questioned us that who gave you the letter and who signed it and they told us that they were not going to repair for it. This make us in trouble-why? Because myself im not so rich to afford up and down just for this.now i learnt this is not good the way they treat the customer as fool. I think

K. wheel at Turbhe Navi Mumbai, as they committed me to deliver vehicle in between of 1st May 2011 and 20th May 2011. So I paid Rs. 10000 as down payment on 7th April 2011. On 17th May I went to S.
