why this much taking time me & moms sporting staff.
this type of service customer is not happy next time he/she nothing purchase from ME & MOMS.
please no needful for this shipment and Deliver the product as soon as possible.
Vitamin c Face wash n Toner not received yet
I order my product on 30th of Apr 2023 and the Order ID : 1682807555981xxxx. Which is still not received. There has no any service to talk to human for resolution and the Robo Chat always said that ur product has been shipped it will be delivered on 5th of May 2023 which was an Expected Delivery Date even it's elapsed. Get my money. I don't want to loose my money. Pls refund my money simple. Pathetic service disgusting
Revert me at the earliest. Otherwise I will go on higher level. I can't see as how u r people disturbing another people's.
Order not delivered and refund not received yet
I have place an order on 5th of sept and till date ( 24th sept) I have not received my order for 2 products.
I have initiated the return for 2 other products and it got collected on 12th sept but yet there is no information on refund.
Moreover me n mom does not have any enquiry email I’d or customer complaint or enquiry number.
Kindly assist with the above two queries, also this is a very bad experience I ever had with any of the online website.
