Dear team I am unable to login in MediAssit. My user id 35196@exidelife.
While giving password my DOB getting error as invalid. Also tried with password reset but the same error. How shal i submit claim online for reimbursement.

firstly even after resheduling 3 times no person came to home to get the test done ...and then even after calling more than 15 times didnt got my money back . this is not good .
Worst Customer service - Stupidity
these people do not answer to the query of the customer, for adding a new born for claim they made me make more than 50 calls to say i need to pay for it under AMC and to get the ID card generated, then the card gets generated but with someone else's primary applicant name then they reject the claim stating that it is not covered, on every call i have been telling that i need to claim for the child hence calling no one said that i wont be covered. i write emails they just say not covered even the refund mail they send that as blunt without reading, sent email to their CEO suchitra.krishnakumar on Monday, July 27, 2020 10:37 AM but no replay even on July 29th 2020 - 12:23PM . not even acknowledgement email. not sure why all corporations are behind this stupid meddybuddy. this is healthcare we need immediate and sensible assistance.

Worst service, no proper replies. Waiting for last 5 hours insurance clearance for discharging. Every 1hour raising some queries and holding it. If you have so many queries then what basis initial approval given. Now its 7pm when we will go home.

I am a policy holder through PNB group policy. I am 81 years old and going through Diabetic Sepsis Infection. Can not walk. Trying to get my claim, but since last 15 days no one bother to answering my mails. I have tried their each and every mail ID. Even contacted to their Bangalore office. But no one is bother to reply. Their contact number is just a eyewash.I will suggest not to take this Oriental Insurance policy.

Pathetic customer care service..On top of it...Process is too pathetic..My claim got rejected without any imitation..And now one is even to bother to revert..I would not recommend any one to take this policy..

I have limit of 3 lakhs and my estimated claim was 2.65 lakhs. But approved only one lakh, less than 50 % . Why less amount approved i am not understanding. Reason given - Initial approval.
