Regarding geyser
Despite ordering a Morphy Richards 15-liter geyser from IBO and requesting installation, the technician who arrived proved highly unprofessional, resorting to abuse and refusing to install the geyser, citing an unfixed nobe, even after offering to pay for its fixing, he arrogantly retorted, "I'm not a plumber." Despite subsequent installation requests, the same individual was assigned, only to cancel last minute, displaying further unprofessionalism over the phone by insinuating the geyser was more needed by us and asking us to wait for him. Disappointed with this experience, we rate the Morphy Richards geyser as one star due to the lack of competent installation service. If the company cannot maintain a reliable installation team, what is the purpose of selling their geysers?
Complaint
This is to inform you that one Mr. Vijayan of Techno World loacted at Bally Bazar West Bengal misbehaved with me on call when I asked him to deliver my ordered goods at my place on the pretext that I couldn't receive their phone call.
I am an Officer of the West Bengal Government engaged in emergency duty and if this be their attitude then it is highly regretful that I will have to think again before I buy a product from your company and also will advice the purchase department of our government not to take any of your product since the service would meet the same fate as that of mine.
If the said my Vijayan do not personally apologize before me then I will escalate the matter in a proper forum for which your company will be liable.

Please guide me i am not able to bake cakes
Hii..
I recently bought morphy richards 60ltr rcss otg for baking cakes..where recipes says 180 degree for 30 to 35 mins..my cakes are burning..your official video says 170 degree fir 10mins..if keep temperature low its not baking inside cake..i kept try in middle row..convection fan is on..still not able to bake perfect cake..while i was able to bake it in cooker nicely..please guide..

Compliant - Bad Services & Product
Hello Team,
I bought Hand blander on 20th Aug 20., Within 20 days I did first compliant, the product's some rubber part was broke and the service guy came and replaced it after 10 days again product's plastic body got cracked and the service guy called me and said it will replace and cost will be 520/- , why should I pay for it, I bought this product in 1000/- and now I have to pay 500 more. and there is no any our fault. this is totally company's fault. poor quality of the product. within 20 days product rubber & product plastic got cracked.
Let me you guys are replacing my product or not in free of cost.
Bad company, bad experience, poor product, poor Service, Service guy dont have a manner to talk to customers.

Useless service centres
I strongly recommend to change your service centre name to repair shop as there is no service in your company.. i have given my food processor for repair 5 days back and till date its not even touched and no response from the service center person.. he does not care to lift our phone.. i swear i will not purchase either morphy products ot bajaj in my life time.. really useless people
Worst service serve Issue in Morphy Water Heater
i really surprise to see what type of service you served to your customers.
this is the peak session & a week has passed in but even today the problem is remain same / not solved so far
even i have no ides how much time you will take to complete this task
however i put several mail but nobody reply on it & i am worried to see your fake commitment made by your executive
surely i will never recommend your product to other one.

Repair of heater not done inspite of multiple complaints
With great dissatisfaction i am writing that the services provided by the company are pathetic. I have logged so many calls but nobody is serious enough to get the product repaired. Very careless employees! And i am surprised that even the management does not care ,as no action has taken place even though i have escalated the matter.

We purchased the microwave oven model number 25CG in February 2019. However since a month now it has stopped working. We tried contacting the toll free customer care service, but couldn't reach them.
