DRUNK PASSENGERS MOLESTED. CONDUCTOR SUPPORTED

I am travelling in PRTC bus Patiala DEPOT today on 28th July 2024. I boarded from Paonta Sahib. Bus number ORDINARY PB11CM2836 on ticket. A drunk passenger weating pink shirt was sitting on the bus floor in squat position. He consistently touched me pretending to be a mistake. After repeated instances, I asked his friends to move him. They were a group of 4. At herbertpur, when passengers started deboarding, the passenger in red shirt(same group) groped my behind after which I immediately reacted and also showed the conductor pictures of their misbehavior. The conductor did nothing. I have the pictures with me. Conductor is wearing blue pag and driver is wearing khaki colour pag. This is criminal offence.

Complaint against Bus Driver and Conductor

I am traveling from Delhi airport to Ludhiana through the PRTC airport bus service. Bus number " PB 10 JB 5255". I boarded the bus at 3:30 AM on 16th May 2024.
The driver and conductor of the bus misbehaved with me and assaulted me. They were not letting me board the bus and were not issuing me the ticket initially. How they converted the small talk into aggressive assault, I have no idea. They pushed me and tried to get my phone as I was making the video of the incident. Me and my family often take the airport bus service but after this incident, I won't recommend it as I don't feel safe at all now.

I would like to ask you to take strict action against the bus driver and conductor of PB-10-JB-5255. Bus service is public property and everyone has a right to use the service offered by the government.
I hope to get an update on this matter soon. Thanks!

I am daily travel passenger of your prtc bus no. PB13BP1334, bus route from barnala to ambala where the complaint is against new bus conductor Kuldeep Singh. he is misbehaving with the female passengers as well using awkward words. Today, 01/11/2023 I sat in bus and he sat with me and the right to me and he misbehaving me and using awkward words which are not easy for me to explain here. he was using the passengers seat and many of passengers who are also old age which is not easy for him to stand but he is ignoring them. I am your passanger. I faced issue today. I am married in faridkot city, but due to few days, I could not switch my address of faridkot. That's why conductor said that I have no proof of Punjab where I am married. However I have proof my marriage invitation card which has mentioned faridkot city, but he did not accept it. I am an MRI and had to use your bus service from Chunni To Landran Punjab on May 15 at around 9.30 am.
I simply asked the conductor if photo copy of Adhar card is accepted, he very rudely said buy your tkt. When I gave him 100 r bill he very rudely aked khule paise and I sd I dont have change. He started saying change le kr ayio kro. I think its conductor or rather the corporation's responsibility to have their conductors enough change. Rude behavior by any of PRTC employees TOWARDS PASSENGERS is not accepted. Please teach your staff to have some respect especially for females.

I am a practicing advocate.

I am a practicing advocate. Every day i travel from ludhiana to Macchiwara Sahib. The bus serivice is very less as after 4:30pm the next bus is at 5:10pm but most of the time the bus do not arrive and after that the bus is on 5:40pm. I have to wait for more than an hour.
Kindly work on my complaint and start a regular bus service so that atleast after 15-20 mins there is a bus from ludhiana to macchuwara sahib.

Misbehave and refuse to let us sit

Respected sir, we are very sorry to complaint about one of buses of PRTC.
We are students of mimit college, malout, we have student pass for daily travel, we were having our exams, at that time there was only that PRTC bus, but the conductor misbehaved with us and refuse to let us sit in that bus. Even it is written on the pass " this pass is valid for PRTC". I hope you will take a suitable action against this so that he'll not do same thing again.

Delayed in schedule without any reason

I am coming from delhi to ludhiana on 07/10/19 at 4.40pm and the schedule time is for arrival to ludhiana is 10.08pm but i reached 11.30pm its too much delayed. When i asked to driver and conductor for timing they said the actual time of bus to arrival is 11.15pm. Its taken maximum time instead of ordinary buses. So what is the differences in volvo buses. The rates of fare is also high for services. They are running at just 60km/hr. Too many female passengers are in this bus. How can they go to their homes or drop point.
