I bought a 55 in tv from Walmart an 5 month later the color turn green call the company which is phillips an they telling me to repeat they same thing over an over but still no change I will never buy another tv by phillips an will tell all my friends an family to never buy one
Bad service
On Sunday also company should provide installation service.
For that i don't like service..
Costumers should not wait more than 24 hours that service should provide by the company.
Philips T Tubelight warranty issue
Product is good in terms of brightness, energy efficiency and installation and use. But when you buy over Amazon they won't help in availing waranty and you have to run to contact with seller or company and what not. It would have been simple buying and then availing warranty from any near by mom and pop store. Amazon sucks here big time. Any Solution given me my Philips T Tubelight please Reply and Help

I purchased 43" smart Led tv from Vijay sales ghodbunder on 22 October 2019 at Thane . The installation call is log on 23 oct 2019. it almost 4 days is over no one is turn up for installation and demo.
Mutipal time I contact your cutomer care but they just give your service center number and they not responding me.
it now very painful situation for me that I may make wrong choice by purchased you company tv

Display issue half screen black cheated by Philips
This is bring to your attention that I had purchased Philips tv model 49" PUT7791 on 28/9/2016 with warranty 3 yrs
But haven't got warranty card with it
Philips and dealer Vijay sales both have cheated

Complaint regardind to led tv
From last 15 days my t.v. was given by dealer and told non availabilitybof combo circuit of philips t.v ...i try all toll free numbers but not any single was working.....
Philips gave 1+4 year warrenty....dealer said u purchase circuit from market with u r own money also paid technition charges...so what to do???
No body can care ...there is only way to go consumer court...
Not provide any service
Not provide service with in warranty but cancell the complaint. Not take any action since 1 year. How poor service of PHILIPS now

I had bought Phillips 43" led tv on 29/01/17 from snehanjali electronics and trading pvt ltd kandivali west. It was told me for this tv u will get 5yrs warranty but recently ther were some black pathes on screen wen we complaint regarding this to customer care they told us to pay 1350 as service charge & rs 800 for transportation to service centre & return & this was paid by us again after 1 week ther is same problem occurs this is pathetic i want to say only 1 thing if u the company cant sovle the problem replace the led tv.

I baught a led tv of your comapny now its not working properly and the led is in warranty .we complained regarding the same n number of times online and also in the place from where we baught the tv and only once we got the revert that this product is not manufactured by the company at present so company will refund the amount and they took all the details about that also but we cannot see any further processing and the warranty will end soon .no positive response is there fm your side also so give us any solution as soon as possible otherwise we will complain regarding the same on consumer court.

Speaker of my tv got damaged. Approached customer care on 22-07-18 . Engineer came and confirmed speaker requires replacement. Paid money on 29-07-18. Which includes cost of speaker . He assured to replace speaker within few days. But till date (22-08-18) no action by philips. Customer care tells its not my duty . They give phone no of some persons to contact but most of the time they don’t pick the phone or just reply call me after few days . Now what to do? I have 42inch Philip led tv and half display is seems blakish within 2years ...I have a guarantee of 5years and technician visited to our home but no actions have been taken so far, I have register with Vijay Sales from where i bought this TV, directly complained in Philip customer care
Its been a 2 weeks now!
There is no response from your side !
I Just want to know about for selling purpose you are offering 5 Years warranty & other marketing tactic but you do not know that due to your marketing strategies people will buy your product but due to poor after sales service you will loose you customer faith
Just give me solution of my TV or replace TV i can't wait more for your support 2 weeks already passed away

HELLO !
I purchased a 43'' phillips TV from flipkart in 2016.I experienced problems on my TV since 29th june and I filed a complaint on the same date . I talked with the technicians on 4th july who visited me and they said that my motherboard is damaged .They took service charges from me and told that they will install the motherboard afterwards.Its 4 August and they still haven't installed the motherboard.
Please help me.

I have 42inch Philip led tv and half display is gone in not more than 2years ...I have a guarantee of 5years and have also paid the technician visiting fees and the complaint is also launched but no actions have been taken so far

Cusotmer care CHAT says always busy, Email is invalid and Call will always say Customer care representatives are busy. Never seen such service. Way to go.
