I purchased your Pigeon automatic rice cooker approximately 2 months ago. Currently, it is not providing heat and is also experiencing automatic power cuts before the rice is fully cooked. My product is still under warranty, so please replace it.

Because of this company cooker I m going to suside.this much frastation

It is just two days that I used a cooker and it is damaged and you are saying that we will repair it doesn't that mean the product is made of some cheap quality goods you used while manufacturing.

And the technician numbers you provide us are switched off on weekdays to and you expect that you are valuing customers.

Pigeon gas stove lying defective from the date of purchased i.e.30.12.2022 .complaint file on 31.12.2022. But not attended till date. Need replacement.

We purchased rice cooker on one day before.reliance super market.but not working.we have warranty card kindly resolve our issue

I purchased the cooker 2 yrs ago and the bottom is now fully damaged the induction plate is detached from bottom and smoke is coming from bottom and I can see a bump at the bottom as well. I request the team for the replacement as it has 5 yrs warranty.

I am purchase online Pigeon Inox_14044 Stainliss steel pressure cooker, 3L silver B07JYSJ3KV.

Its cooker bottom side damage.

Sorry to say you that your service policy is very very bad and I am not happy with your service /warranty policy because of i was launched my complaint 26th of August 2022 but your service provider or mechanic is not coming to service my cooktop. Due to this type of unresponsive action is taken by you or company I am not going to buy any other equipment of pigeon company this is last time

I am writing to inform you that I have purchased one pigeon special combo pack pressure pan 2L and pressure cooker 3L from flipkart, order ID- OD223237688425427000.

The quality of the metal is dangerous for health. I have tried to cook rice and vegetables but everything turns into a bitter taste. I even boil plain water and the water turns bitter after boiling into the pressure cooker. As a health worker I think there is something wrong with the metal of the product which is really dangerous for human health.

Request you to please look into this issue and replace the cookers with the good product of your company. And it's my request before selling these types of products in the market please check the metal quality, and don't use any cheap and untested metal which is injurious to health.

I have purchased a stainless steel 3 leter pressure cooker in the month of June from the first day it was not whistling properly and the lead was very poor in quality I have mailed to the service centre for exchange it.
No one is responded properly for exchange or repair I have wasted rupees 1300 in this product it was my first pigeon product that is the worst experience.
I will recommend everyone not to purchase items of this company

I have purchased a pigeon ultra glass ,stainless steel Man through Flipkart against at address New Raillway idgah colony RB-IV C block-A Agra near pathwari mandir railway station Idgah Agra. But on using your product Gas leakage problem is persisting continuously from gas stove. In this matter already complaint done in your official .But problem could not be resolved from your end still today after visiting by your service engineer .This is a seriously problem for human safety.Several time contacted to your service engineer Mr Kardam at Agra.As per him problem will not be solved till further receiving the defective part of the Gas stove.
So you may please request to resolved the problem after replacement either at earliest.

Hi,

I have 5 liter Pigeon cooker and in 1 weeks time from its use, it has below two issues :
1. Valve get bursted
2. Bottom of cooker get bloated.

I called up customer care but nobody is picking my calls and always get message - phone is busy. I have warranty card with me but nobody is helping me. Exasperated with kind of customer service contact details. Please help to restore my belief in Pigeon brand.

I have recently purchase 3 litre cooker. Last Monday during cooking its exploded. All its plastic handle gets destroyed even house false ceiling get damaged.
