Bought induction cooker from flipkart, delivered yesterday but not working, what should I do?

I bought a induction stove on 25th may 2024. Very first use it shows as E6 ERROR and reached service center to sort this issue. Once service done again i got the same issue and again I visited the same pigeon service center to solve that issue but the same E6 ERROR happened again and again 4 to 5 times and they again repaired the product and gave back to me now it sensor got burst.

The product is not genuine worst technical person(if we ask anything regarding the problem they will inform go and check with pigeon company or else R&D).

My pigeon induction cooktop is not working...I have had my induction top for less than a month and it stopped working today {date -12/08/2024} So please solve my problem as soon as possible....

I purchased induction from pigeon but after one use, it stopped working, now I am trying to contact service team but all the numbers are not valid or switched off. I have no choice now. Please don't buy any product from pigeon.

Very Poor service .....- Iam Purchased a new Pigeon induction cooker on february 2024 from Sulabha Hyper market, Pala, Koyyam- kerala. Due to Not working condition return the Product to the Shop last Monday (13/05/2024) . Till this time it is serviced .

Please repair or replace the induction stove.

I had purchased pigeon cooker on 3 months before but now it's ot working properly. Tried to contact warranty service Tea but number given on the list is invalid.

Pigeon is a very poor company and there behavior also very poor and i am trying to contact since 1week but no response from pegion service center. If i was known about pegion service i might be not brought this worst company product. If you are not available to give customer service why you open your organization please close your organization and tell to everyone sorry. I suggest to everyone please don't buy pegion any product because they promise they will give you service after delivered product but that is fake promise not working on this policy.

I ordered an induction just yesterday and now it is not working. Showing E6 error. please replace it or refund. all your costomer care number are out of service or switch off.

Sir my induction cooktop not properly work , when I started to use this product, it did not work it's stop suddenly and it's fan not started.
Sir please I request you for replacement as soon as possible because it need very urgently.

Today my induction broke maybe due to heat
I have not used in last 1 week and now when I used it again the glass broke and it blasted.
It is in warranty please return it asap as this is the only thing is use for cooking in my hostel.

I must say one of the worst service experience one can have. I would suggest to not buy any products of this company. The product stopped working within one month of purchase. The service center people are so callous. This guy just checked and didn't even repair fully. I must have told same thing over and over again that either IC is defective or fan is not working. But the concerned service agent even refuses to pick the phone up. I am all set to file a consumer complaint against them.
