1 month ho gaya complain karate karte but koi bhi service nhi mil rhi hai or ab to induction ki warranty bhi khatm hone ko aa gai ye log janbhujhakar service nhi de rhe hai bas customer ki warranty khat hone ka wait karte hai jab tum log service nhi de pate ho to customer ko warranty kyu dete ho are yaar sahi na warranty ki nhi bolenge to inaka products kon kharidega....

My cook top PIC3.1V3 is showing the error E3 on first use. . The normal supply voltage in my house is 250-270V.How to run this appliance. As I learn from net this cooktop works with 140-160 V which is nowhere a normal normal supply voltage in India. Plz guide urgently.

Sir,
My Induction was faulty within 2 days soon i purchased .
the call was logged somewhat 20 days before.
but your local customer care wale is very arrogant his no. is xxxxx93919,nor even picks the phone and not even gives landline no of office says this is the only cell no we have on which he attends very very rarely

I want to know from all attached responsible prestige officers why it is unattended till date ?
why have you given such serious jobs to unresponsive person and organisation.
Is there any tools for the measurement of logged complaint no.
