Steps To Install/Activate Samsung Pay
If you have installed the Samsung Pay icon on your device:
- Step 1: Create Samsung Account
- Click on Settings
- Select Account
- Fill the required details and create an account.
- Step 2: Click on Samsung Pay icon to download and install the Samsung Pay app.
- Step 3: Setup Samsung Pay and start using it.
If you do not find the Samsung Pay icon on your device:
- To check, go to Settings, then select about device and update the software.
- With this you will see Samsung Pay icon on your device, then you can activate Samsung Pay by following the same steps as mentioned above.

Refund of BSNL Broadband money
Dear Sir,
I request you to verify and refund the money through Samsung Pay Mini on 8th September 2020.
to pay BSNL Broadband monthly bill. Unfortunately, the amount of Rs.1001/- has debited from
my Savings Bank Account in two times (totally Rs.2001.00). Kindly refund the money so that
I can pay the bill within the due date.

i pay my landline bill from Samsung pay mini balance was cutting from my bank account but bill was not payed and in receipt show balance refund in your account but balance was not transferred in my bank account. i am waiting from last 8 9 days. there process work was 5 to 7 day but i am waiting feom 8 to 9 days. and i call to customers services and they not speak with my language and some times not speak properly.
