Dear sir,
My account number : 31610665768, On Jan 2nd 2012, I transfer my sbi account( account number : 31610665768) from basara(14154) to Begumpet Airport branch(2727). That day i applied for reactivation my previous blocked online account. I waited two weeks, but i did not get any reply from the branch(2727). Once again I submitted written request letter for account reactivation form and duplicate password form. I used to come every day, but branch employee did not respond. Finally on jan 11th, they gave me Internet banking kit, which is not activated. They told on that day they will call me back, but i did not get any respond. Even I came on today(jan 23rd) at 3pm, for god sake they said my account is activated with old user name and password. Then I come back to my office, i checked again, still i have the same problem. I have not seen this kind of negligence with customers in any other branch....
Note: The reason i transferred in to branch is to reactivate my blocked my online account.
It's my final request, i can not roam any more to this branch daily. please help me....
Non receipt of Refund of amount Rs. 1348/-

I am SB A/c holder in SBI, Br. Nigdi, PUNE-44, (A/c No. 11119007900). I had booked IRCTC tickets on 3 & 4th Mar 2012.
Rs. 1348/- deducted 3 times. (out of these SBI had deducted vide same POS No. 206354863426IRCTC with
3rd & 4th March 2012. Please let me know how the amount deducted twice with the same POS nos but difference
date i.e. 3rd & 4th Mar 2012.
Actual out of these 3 dedution 2 transactions amount to be refund to my SB A/c. Where as only one time the amount
received. Please see the matter.

non receipt of pin no
I have opened a NRE account with SBI ,Mylapore ,Chennai.It took more than a month before i received my cheque book and passbook.Along with this i had also requested for a ATM cum debit card.I received the debit card and its about a month i am yet to receive the pin no.I am unable to use the card and operate my account as i have not received the pin.In effect even after nearly one and a half months i still cant operate my account.i contacted the helpline by phone and the reply i got was to contact the branch.As i am abroad i sent a email to the branch to send me my pin no. but no response.i approached my local SBI branch(Male,Maldives) through whom i had sent the application. the reply i got was again to contact the SBI,Mylapore branch.i sent another mail to them but still no response.I did try to call them by phone ,no one picked it up..My NRE account No is 32184691884.Please let me know what i should do.

On 02-03-12 (2nd march), I tried to withdraw money from a couple of ATMs, but the money did not come and every time I got an error message saying its a temporary error.

3. SBI atm
4. HDFC atm
5. ICICI atm
but the money did not come out anywhere, but the amount has been deducted every time (when checked online)

I request you to kindly look into the matter and have the money refunded as soon as possible, as I am facing immense difficulties due to these bank errors and would appreciate if the matter is looked into immediately.

Amount deducted from debit card twice instead of once
Hi,
Yesterday only i used my ATM Debit card for shopping in the amanora reliance trend, pune, maharastra
the bill is 899.
But when biller swipe the card , it was unable to process ,so he swipe the card again,
but only one printed copy of bill is generated.
But when i saw my debit history it was deducted twice. i.e total amount deducted is 1798

This is Indu Pradeep W. I have an SBI Acc in Belgaum. I tried to draw the money through an ATM in Bnagalore on Saturday 3rd Mar (500). But i did not receive the money as there was network problem. However the money got debited from my account. I am trying to get a customer care number but the number provided does not seem to be working. I tried to call the home branch as usual they are not responding. I want to know how many days it will take to reverse the money to my account.

I am not feeling much happy to register complaint against your bad banking policies & unnecessary requirements.
I have no credit card of any bank & I just want to get sate bank of India credit card . But while filling the application online & on the fourth step I found that it is mandatory to write the another credit card number( Which I don't have) to complete the online registration for credit cards.
Kindly guide me what should a person do in that case.

Atm guard misbehave two persons inside the atm
Dear SBI I'm ur client from twenty years but to disguise still u people are Stone age where ur guard doesn't know the rules of atm. I visited vasant nagari circle vasai east atm where two people are inside and when I asked Manoj Singh I'd card no 52 from Bombay Intelligence Security India limited, ticket no k 4513 as per rule only one person can be inside he said don't tell me the rules.I know very well they are friends and can go inside.tell me the rule of ATM usages at SBI ATM.Kindly take it as nodal compliant n revert with 24 hr as per RBI GUIDELINES.
Manually deposit been fined
I had some transactions in recent past which was a deposit of cash manually in a sbi bank which is in different place than the home branch. for this transaction SBI has deducted(fined) rs.40/- . why this is happening, i don't see any bank charging if we deposit money in non-home branch. This is really looting of peoples money.

A case was filed by me In the court of LD. C.J.M. At Barasat, Date: 13.04.2010 U/S- 156(3) of criminal Procedure code charge U/S: 323, 379, 406, 479, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE. The case was started At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010.
The I.O. At Baguiati Police Station of the case has already been charge sheeted according the names.
Anyhow Application under Section 438 CrPC Among the accused person Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. Employee) and his son Sandip Samanta has been granted bail by the Ho’ble Calcutta High Court.
But it is painful to state before you the prime accused “Beauty Adhikari” and others accused were shown in the charge seeted “AS ABSCONDING” (Proclamation of Arrest and Warrant of Arrest.). But it is painful and heart rending that the accused person has been going in the Sealdha Court in order to extort money from me vide case no: 125 Crpc (Ex-M.16/10). But it is surprising and moreover regretful that I brought the matter in to the notice of the LD. Sealdha Court 1st J.M. Mrs. Nita Sarkar, that already Proclamation of Arrest and Warrant of Arrest has been issued against Beauty Adhikari’s name, neither the LD. Court taking any measures to arrest her and nor making any action vide my case no. 127 Crpc (Mis. 13/11), against all type of maintenance, rather the LD. Court 1st J.M Nita Sarkar is totally biased and convinced by the accused person, and Ld. Court treating me to pay the interim maintenance and each and every case date Ld. Court said Judge also treating me that if you don’t pay the money I will sentence you in the Jail.

I the account holder of SBI Jalahalli, Bangalore. My SBI account No is 30111705796. I withdrawn a sum Rs.10000/- from Induslnd Bank ATM at Tezpur, Assam on 12/10/2011 at around 11.26hrs through my ATM Card No 6220180096300273065. After the transaction I received the ATM slip, when I surprised that the available balance Rs.1034/- only instead of Rs 11034/-. Rs. 10000/- was extra debited from my account. I submitted a complaint to my nearest SBI, Salonibari, Tezpur and Indusind bank at Tezpur on the same day. They direct that, wait for some days the money will automatically revert to your account. After that, I approach so many times for the above said banks. At last the both bank said we cannot do anything for this complaint. You approach your parent bank i.e. SBI Jalahalli.
I forwarded a complaint to SBI, Jalahalli, Bangalore on 29 October 2011 through registered post. But there is no reply received from them till date. You are requested to do needful for early returned the money to my account.

Last month I got call from your department for en-cash offer for 49,000 and I agreed for that .They told me to wait for 10days, but I didn’t received the cheque , but in SBI account it shows that I have to pay the EMI and processing fee ext…I called your department and waited almost 20 min’s to reach the customer service. The person told that cheque has been dispatched from OVERNITE Courier (Ref No:4126480621) on Oct-12th itself, but I didn’t receive any courier or message regarding this. I registered the complaint about this to the SBI customer care. She told that we will cancel the cheque and rebook it. On the same day I informed the person regarding the EMI convection for 41,600 , she told that I have to pay minimum amount of 14,500 for 2 years Emi convection. I agreed for that and I paid 25,000 on the same day (31/10/2011)through ICICI Bank(Online transition) and also she committed the call back for the conformation. But still now I didn’t receive any call from the Worst Customer care department.
Today I called by spending almost 30 min’s to reach the waste department for Emi convection , but the person telling that I don’t have the option to convert. What the hell is happening in your bank. I am totally disappointment and I wasted my time by spending with your bank.
The same thing happened to the previous complaint- 0102650036458 . No one taken the action even after sending the email and I called the Customer care and changed the contact details…I don’t how this kind of system in working in SBI Bank. They collected all the documents including pay slip , ID proof, Form -16, PAN Card, but after getting all the information they captured my name as PARANAGURU instead of PARAMAGURU and wrong email address captured.

A case was filed by me In the court of LD. C.J.M. At Barasat, Date: 13.04.2010 U/S- 156(3) of criminal Procedure code charge U/S: 323, 379, 406, 479, 498, 500, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE. The case is starting At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010.
The I.O. At Baguiati Police Station of the case has already been charge sheeted according the names. The I.O. At Baguiati Police Station accused all miscreants in the charge sheeted but neither took any measures to round up them rather they paved enough (more then 2.5 months) time which make them the way to take bail.
Anyhow Application under Section 438 CrPC Among the accused person Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. Employee) and his son Sandip Samanta has been granted bail by the Ho’ble Calcutta High Court.
But it is painful to state before you the prime accused “Beauty Adhikari” and others accused were shown in the charge seeted “AS ABSCONDING” (Proclamation of Arrest and Warrant of Arrest.)

On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. Employee, Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India, Bank Ph. No. 033 25308337) he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel’s and some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally (Mr. Shankar Kumar Samanta Kill me and my family any time any day).

No. 033 25308337) just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. When my wife left form my house with Sandip Samanta taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only five years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, how much money Taken Baguiati police form my father and others for 498A/34 I.P.C., fabricated Charge Sheeted, I don’t know, because then I’m in Jail. The Ld. court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. Barasat court. I have lots of irrefutable evidences, (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Mr. Samanta’s Mobile Phone, Mr. Samanta’s SIM Card, Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.), with me where it is cleanly reveals which translates my wife and the boy that they are in illicit relations. Believe me I and my family would love very much (which is very rare seen in our society) to my wife and never any kind of love lost didn’t happen. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti Address: 70/H/8 Manicktolla Main Road, Kolkata – 700054, Beside 5 Star Club, my mother saw 1st time and she arranged my marriage. Before marriage my family did not see the pedigree of my wife’s family, now we understood also realized that they hailed from a worst status. My wife, her family and (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta S.B.I. Employee) all they are misusing this law. Now my wife’s family knows all the affair-related matter. My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 3 years old (Now 5 years) having severe “Asthma Disease, depends on INHALER, here political Hide and seek, ducks and drakes and lots of unfair means are going on and the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that in no way I can’t accept that demon wife. I hired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next? It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanary punishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that “Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor” A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds” To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.
After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Mr. Samanta’s Mobile Phone, Mr. Samanta’s SIM Card, Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.
Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (The payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case (The case is starting At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010. CHARGE 323, 379, 406, 497, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE) the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.
When I saw that already near by 90-100 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B. Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS, All DGPs/IGPs . Election Commission of India, All Indian Union Minister, UPA Chairperson. Sonia Gandhi, Governor in W.B, and President in India 32nd times I write. P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India, Bank Ph. No. 033 25308337. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, The Central Vigilance Commission, President of the United States, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, many department told does not comes under the purview of our department. Then my question is where I go now? I see they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them. I think not taken any action because many Police Officer including IPS Officer, and many Government employee are lose there service and go to jail. So West Bengal Government not take any action. Deduction of balance from the account

My name is Bishorjit singh and my account number is 30436278128 .
My account was open in Manipur state, Churachanpur district. For sometime i am facing a problem of deduction of balance from my saving , i think more than Rs 1500 has been deducted till now. I don't know why this is happening please sort it out or SBI credibility will lose if this is going to happen each and every time. I though SBI is one of the best and easy going bank but its not like that . SBI is cheating against the customer this is not good sign from the largest bank of INDIA.
