Supply of Less quantity

I also paid money for supply of two (02) nos of plastic rice strainer but supply was made only one though I have already paid the price in advance. I had tried to contact them but no vain.
In the past also they have neither supply my product nor refund the money which was paid in advance.

I ordered a realme buds q but seller send me a fake and duplicate product.When I complained it Shopclues customer care update me that seller reject the return.whenever shopclues gives 10 days buyer protection.and one more thing that one merchant denied to send this product and Shopclues change merchant.
But now Shopclues not answered anything and not refund my money.its totally a fraud and cheating case where Shopclues and merchant both are involved.
