sir, it is very very regret that your showroom workshop provide old and used parts, just i say why your provide this type parts but the workshop boy argument with me its genuine in this same time the manager will come and he said its genuine parts so i say please certify me this parts is genuine or not but the manager is angary and used slangs and i return. but, my bike is standing condition till date.

Hi,
We Purchased the Black Gixxer SF Suzuki Bike in 30-Mar-2021 for Door delivery with Engine Number BGA3-1028479, Purchased location was Kukatpally Y Junction Jyan Suzuki. While giving the door delivery they gave the bike with scratches, After some days we saw that and went for the 1 servies without Teflon coating and average bike servicing they gave the bike. The manger was very rude behaviour, Yesterday My Bike was suddenly not working Intimated to the Jyan suzuki manager he told that sunday , Today Morning We called him ,he was very arrogant on me. WE Purchased the bike with cash Only But worst customer services even they didn't resolve the issue.
Even If we ask for services they told me to go to ask for sales, We have the problem with gear shifting we told on second servicing, but they didn't resolve the first gear issue it was fully hard, There was no experienced technical engineer.they do only water spray not servicing.
If the bike is in warranty they are behaving like this and now my bike is on the road, they are not even ready to visit the bike. My office timing was 11.30 AM to 8:00 PM. They are telling me they will come on second off.
I want to discuss with the Higher authorities for this issue, If you are not responding for us we will go further necessary actions.
