Complaint against Premium Payment

My name is K. Vijaya Lakshmi, having the policy in Tata AIA.
My policy renewal date is 17th December 2018. As part of it i paid Rs.52250/-
through online mode using my brother's HDFC credit card at 10:56 A.M. on 17-Dec-18,
Again on the same date an amount of Rs.52250/- has been auto debited from my Indusind Bank account.
I might have opted for auto debit at the time of initiating the policy. But how could it be possible
to auto debt once i paid the amount using another mode. How can a software work with such a big
blunder BUG...? Can't the software verify whether the amount has already been paid or not ?
Is TATA AIA earning money by debiting amount twice from each customer.
Its been more than 8 days since i was not informed about debiting the amount twice. I didn't come to know
about this until i verified my account statement.
