Nondelivery of TOI
I have not been receiving TOI regularly and have lodged several complaints without any success. Now I find from this forum that mine is not an isolated case.
DELIVERY ISSUE FOR PAST ONE YEAR ..EMAIL NO RESPONSE FOR COMPENS
In Spite of repeated reminders vide Telephone conversion and email no proper response from your end.
Past one year of irregular services it seems the worst services behind you are the heavy load of customers behind your organization today. So not able to provide proper service.
I am customer from when Rs 199 subscription that point of time Cash payment till date same dealer is there to confirm
Non delivery of newspaper
I am a senior citizen . My day begins with my coffee and newspaper. Today for the third time this year my newspaper has not been delivered. My newsagent gave an irresponsible answer that he cannot be held accountable for the lapses of his delivery boy.
Please doe take appropriate action for redress of grievance.

Not receiving the newspaper on time
My agent got changed and I am not receiving the newspaper on time. I have raised a complaint on 23rd January 2024 and sent several mails so far. Noone from TOI has contacted me and the issue is not solved at all. Unfortunately, I have subscribed for three years and asking for refund and noone is responding. Earlier, TOI was taking customer complaint very seriously and taking care of the same. Nowadays, they are not considering customers as they might have increased their sales. If this type of attitude continues, many will opt out of TOI newspaper.

Dear All, Never make the mistake of buying a subscription from Times of India, that too when you are in a book fair and there is an attractive offer. My experience is that they take the money and go silent. If you keep on writing to them, they may send you the coupon with a newspaper vendor whom you do not know, or who es not know you and cannot be contacted at all. Then again the next cycle of complaints will start...the CRM is utterly useless or that is how they have designed. Beware, never pay to Times of India just because you get a good offer. It can be your worst deal.

I have been following for address change request from month ago and no proper response by concern team.. keep on delaying even after their written committed dates.
feel very sad though we are living in advanced technology for such simple request.

Not Receiving Newspaper From 1 Month
I have Subscribed for 2 year and Not receiving Newspaper for more than 1 month have called multiple times and no Proper Response.
New Paper not been delivered
We have subscribed for the news paper for 1 year and paper is not delivered.
While we ask for the status to the delivery person, we were told TOI have given address and advised them to deliver only to those address and we were not delivered with paper for last one week
We don't understand the reason for disconnecting while the news paper is subscribed for 1 year, which is not even 6 months before.
Need the reason for disconnecting the subscription and to start the delivery with immediate effect.
The dealer had taken a cheque
The dealer had taken a cheque for the subscription and on the same day an Auto debit from my Debit card had happened for the Annual subscription of the TOI news paper. Inspite of raising this issue to the CRM with repeated emails for the past 2 months, One of the Credit card subscription was not refunded back to me. I have 5 emails from CRM that the money will be refunded and this never happened till now.
Kindly request to take action to refund ASAP.
change of address for delivery of news paper
I have been waiting for more the a fortnight for simply changing the address of delivery of the newspaper for my annual subscription within the same city

I had tried multiple times to CRM team and they are received the call and put Into desk and not speaking with customers.
And there is no follow-up on the email and no response from the TOI.
Is there any other way to approach TOI.

Iam from Pattabiram chennai , I didn't receive the news paper today. Almost all days supplement is missing. The agent is telling someone have stolen the news papers. The manager of this he is not responsible.After yearly subscription who will incur my loss.

Madurai phone numbers are dead. customer service is very poor nowadays in Tamilnadu region especially madurai.the speed for adding new subscribtion not in solving the customer issues.not receiving paper for the past 2 weeks. no one is seem to be accountable or responsible.
