I'm from village- sarai manihar in unnao,It has been more than year i'm calling to jio and airtel for network issue but they provide only one information that my network team is working on this,
For Every 3 month jio is charging 719 Rs. only for 84 days but solution is nothing.

I am using vodafone post paid nos 9979873XXX since last 12 years, while purchasing the post paid plan was with minimum monthly rental of 50/-. Few months back my plan was change with minimum rental of Rs.149/- by Vodafoneidea authority with any intimation or information. when I called to customer care they informed me that previous plan had been closed and upgraded with new plans. This incidence again occur. At Present my current monthly Plan was upgraded with minimum rental of 299/- PM without information to me. At present I am not using any data pack then also I have to pay such rent. When I called to vodafoneidea authority. they are not responding and barred my service.

This is my utmost request to look upon this matter seriously. I hv recharged my airtel tv after creating a plan from "make your own plan "option. After selecting all channel the total pakage was Rs 316.000 approx.as monthly package. During that time they hv not updated any information on tv but channel was added as per my plan. But after few months airtel customer care told me that my plan is of Rs 380 .Even my Rs 316 plan is of not for 1 month why??. I hv created my own plan by selecting only channel i want and the total amount after all Tax and GST is rs 316.00 approx and i continued to recharge Rs 320 after that... but now they told me that i hv a plan of rs 380 which is for value pack.....please take action against airtel tv. They r not giving the customer as per the plan if u want any other information i will provide ...the amount rs 316 plan hv already included starmovies and HBO channel but now customer care people said that my plan is of rs 380 which has been increased after adding those channel. How is this possible....that means they hv not updated my 316 make ur own pack plan. .. and they hv carried out from my previous recommended value pack and added extra amount for those 2 channel....where is my own created pack gone??....and why i hv been charged for those 2 channel now. Even my monthly recharged validity last for approx 20 days. This is ridiculous.

Complaints against Vodafone Number
Dear TRAI,
I am logging a complaints against Vodafone. I have changed from postpaid to prepaid on 19 August 2019 for my number 9626X-X7533. After changing I have faced many basic issues like first recharge issue (FRC), no outgoing calls, no incoming calls, no SMS sending and receiving from Aug 19 August 2019.
However after 10 days follow up, FRC issue got resolved and only outgoing calls where enabled. But incoming calls, SMS sending and receiving are not enabled till this date (17 September 2019). Almost 1 month there is no incoming calls and SMS even though I have paid for these services.
Due to Vodafone inability I have suffered a lot in both business and personal life. Since India is turning to digitalis where ever we do any transaction it requires One Time Password OTP but due to this issue I am not able to do any transaction through online banking, not able to book bus, train or flight tickets and also all business calls and personal calls where affected.
I am feeling that I am helpless. I hope TRAI complaint will help me out from this issues by taking it to Vodafone and get it resolved at earliest.

Hi my name is KULDEEP RAI and I am airtel customer, I am facing a internet speed issue which is like 2 g and I lodge a complaint in airtel, but they are not resolving the issue. They are just asking me to keep waiting and the issue will resolve.My office work is pending due to internet speed issue.Customer care agents ar3 disconnecting my call while asking for my complaint status. They are not responding well. Just saying that keep calm for issue will be resolved and it's about 10 days to go but day by day the internet speed is getting down. Airtel has auto renewed my broadband internet connection without my consent for a location where I no longer live. They are changing me ₹6000 despite zero usage.
I had specifically asked them to disconnect the connection when they had called asking for renewal.

Since new cable tv act rules has come BRDS(BHIMA RIDHI DIGITAL SERVICE) our selected paid some channels(discovery group channels until now ) not viewing if we ask their answer is some technical problem we will start in two days. Some channels like sony group channels cut down for more than 10days in every month.
Cable service provider insist to remove our favorite paid channels from our selected pack and to watch their providing channels.
After paying also there is no use of cable

Refusing to follow TRAI rules in selecting my own TV channels

I MR Rajeshwar Pilli resident of Nizamabad of Telangana state, here GTPL Local cable operators not allowing us to select our own channels pack. They are compelling to opt their selected TV channel packs. I am having a DTh connection with TATA Sky having a long duration pack which was cancelled by tata sky and my remaining balance amount transferred to my account. on inquiring I was told that they are following rules set by TRAi. But as per my knowledge TRAI had asked all DTH operators to honour their earlier commitments made to their customers from which they have taken payment for long duration packs. Cable operators are forcing to pay more
As per trai rule we can select our channel list as per our choice and we have to pay for that only but our cable operators are forcing us to take pre defined tv packs which are making our cost of cable unnecessarily extrem high and they are cheating us by adding there extra amount also and they are also not providing any gst invoice wr asked them so they said its under process and it will take 6month. When I am forcefully moved to your new rule I couldnt watch my favourate channels. When I am picking just 9 channels the price is more than 250. What a bloody hell rule is this. In jio tv they are providing the same then why should you put this new rule in just DTH/Cable. In family they watch in tv not in mobile you fool.
Unable to view details sports channel during India cricket match
I have a indigital cable connection with a set top box. I have not opted for paid sports channel as dd sports channel which is free should be available for viewing. When it is not match time it shows dd sports program fine but during matches it blanks it out. It is trying to force users to buy unnecessary paid sports channel when it is available for free viewing on dd sports. I think it is resorting to unfair trade practices.
Please look into it and resolve ASAP.

I recharged my phone last month for Rs. 20 and then I recharged for another 20 Rs, and all of a sudden, when I tried to send a message today, I found that it was not getting sent and then when I checked my balance, it showed a negative balance of -5.85 This has been happening time and time again, and when I called your customer care, they gave me some stupid reasons which made me waste my money for no reason.
I would appreciate if you make sure that my phone has the same balance it had before and please make sure this does not happen again.

Money Deduction
TRAI should be worked on the Network service providers' service facilities. They deducted our balance in the name of service charge for extension outgoing service. when we actually need this we can recharge, we don't need any auto renewal service.
They talk us that we can stop this facilities by calling some numbers, but we can't because when we call those numbers their service is unavailable. What a joke.
I am a Airtel customer and they deducted my balance without my permission and when I call customer care they misbehave with us.
Free DD sports channels unavailable
Due to new trai rules and regulation, we I paid 130 RS to D2H videocon, ideally dd sports should be available to watch but as per videocon i can't see because honorable Court has decided during any live match, is it the rules can u please let me knoe ?
Dish tv channel select does not work
It is not possible to make your pack in dishtv app as well as internet site.
In the app the pack doesn't get submitted, tried it more than 10 times on different occasions.
On the dish site full list doesn't appear.
It seems didhtv is doing it on purpose so that customer is forced to select their recommended pack. I made a complaint atdish customer service, but was told that server remains busy.
TRAI should sort out this.
Non activation of Package
On 14 th Feb. 2019, we noticed that the channels we are used to watching in our package "New Diamond" are not coming and a few channels which we normally do not watch are coming. We contacted customercare of d2h Vediocon and were told that as per TRAI order, we must select the channels we wish to see. Accordingly, on 15th Feb, we selected the set of channels on their website and submitted. We waited for 2 days but nothing happened. We continued to get the channels which we normally do not watch. On 17th again we contacted customercare of d2h Vediocon, reporting the situation. We were told that our new package will be activated within 15 minutes, and if not we can "Refresh" from the website. We refreshed but till today (18th Feb.) upto 9 pm, nothing has changed. We continue to receive a large number of Marketing Channels, and a few (mostly free ones) other channels – neither our earlier package "New Diamond" nor the newly selected package.
This is for your information regarding poor service of d2h Vediocon, and necessary action.

I am facing lots of issue while logging to videocon d2h. I need to change my plan as per the TRAI rules but not able to login. I am trying the same since January 2019. There are a lot many issues I am facing:-
1. Not able to login either using app or website.
2. D2h is charging more for each channel day by day. For eg., it is showing aaj tak is for Rs.4 but they are charging Rs. 15.
3. D2h is looting us. I need to port the service provider like we can do on mobile number porting from airtel to voda.
I even called on the customer care number but they are not picking up the call or not able to make a call.
Please look into this matter on priority as videocon is harassing us.

Videocon as name goes conning consumers money and time. Prepitching of "we will send our technical guy for repair" whilst none have touched the setup box.
Again as the name goes,setup box- it's a set trap box. Better to choose Tata or Airtel than Videocon dth.
The while of Videocon staff to owners eat what my pensioner "father cooks".(if they understand English).
What our elders cook and leak is what is fed in videocon dth owners kids parents wife relatives managers to customer care rep's.
They taste it often and after work they go home and feed their loved ones with same what our elders cook(the shit of my retired papa).

Sir, As per Trai orders I selected my channels and submitted the list on 9th feb 2019. I received a thanking and acceptance message .Also I recharged my account. But suddenly channels have been blocked. After lots of efforts I could be able to connect with customer care representative. I am a customer of Videocon d2h.
Since after migration to TRAI's new ruling for channel selection I am facing trouble with my d2h. I had tried calling customer care multiple times but it isn't reachable. There are multiple complaints for the service provider.
1. Website of Videocon d2h (d2h.com) is most of times unresponsive and given 504 error.
2. Somehow after trying multiple times a day, I was able to login to my account only to find most of the broadcaster bouquets are missing from the list. I don't see any bouquet by Zee media in HD section of the website. This is just one of the missing packs, there are multiple packs that are missing.
3. Most importantly they are forcing all 100 F2A channels are per there wish, and misleading by clearly mentioning on there website that it has been mandated by TRAI, which is not the case as TRAI mandated only 25 DD channel.
4. My account was active and had balance yet, they have cut off the broadcast and due to there unresponsive website and unreachable customer care, I am not able to make any selection while d2h is continuously deducting my balance which is ultimately my loss.
I would request to please take strict action against d2h and ensure they can not cheat there customer.
TRAI order on Tv channels selection
As per recent TRAI order, I had submitted my channels list to Videocon D2H through Videocon D2H website facility. My submission was acknowledged by a reference number, which I forgot to note down separately. I do not find a web page to reconfirm my selection a second time. As of today 4Feb19, my selection has not been implemented. Despite my query, no reply has been received yet from Videocon d2h. Request guidance how to proceed further.

Tatasky not giving free to air channels (DD Sport)
After new guidelines of trai for DTH Customer for benefits of customers but after new regulations Tata sky not giving me Free to air channel specially (DD Sports) and also after selection of new needed channel my pakage or monthly subscription charges is increased.

Please do something they make minimum 35 ruppes recharge to continue the outgoing calls and if custom didn't recharge immediately they stopped incoming and outgoing from sim card please do something for Indian consumer..... I hope trai will do something for customs .

Idea wrong information and idea mistakes complaint

I am himanshu from delhi ncr , i have a so many compliants regarding idea , i am using idea number before 8years but now idea make me dispoint me because every time when i call to idea costmer care they are treating there costmers with very missbehave manners and some idea excutives is using a very abusing language with the costmers, many times they give me a wrong informations also and after that once i get a loss of my money they said sorry for that but after this they doing same mistakes again and then they again talking with me very missbehave manners and they dissconnect my line many times and i register police complaint also because of idea wrong informations they guiding me with wrong information many times again and again and now you know what they deactivated my idea contact number without my purmission and when i call to them on costmer care why you close my number they again give me a different different wrong information i mean what the hell what is going on what is this i am realy angry now idea service is poor and i think they dont know how to talk with the costmers they dont have a any manners, and now they deactived my number also without any reason i think now this time to say idea good bye please i request take a action on this situation othervise in future idea is just a name not now but someday if you never take a action on this big isue.
Complaint against Idea
I am using idea sim and idea compony threaten me to recharge every month, whether it is necessary or not other wise i will not able to use my incoming as well as outgoing calls, whether i have sufficient balance in my accoun, so what should i do.
Slow internet speed
I have done manytime complaints to jio for slow internet speed on my two sim but they always give reply that "work is done on your complaints and your complaints will solve in 60 days" but still after two year my compalints is unsolved
Airtel SIM charging new plan
Airtel announces .Every month I need to recharge my airtel number for receiving incoming calls. I belongs to poor family residing in tamilnadu.i am doing very small business with this number.already I have changed my portability to Tata DoCoMo to Airtel.so that please consider my complaint to that particular department.

Sir Airtel company me fully dnd ka matlab hota hai ki airtel ki taraf se sms or call aate rahenge, inka apna rules and regulation hota hai, isme ek or option airtel ne add kiya hai uska naam hai partially DND, kya ye sahi ho raha hai,hai koi jo iski manmaani ko roke, kya airtel ko trai ke rules and regulation ko follow nahi karne ke liye freedom mili hui hai.agar trai bhi nahi sunega to log kaha jayenge.
