Subject: URGENT: SHOCKING FRAUD BY UC TEAM – IMMEDIATE ACTION OR FACE CONSEQUENCES

Dear Urban Company,

I am absolutely OUTRAGED by the disgusting and fraudulent "service" I received yesterday. I had booked kitchen and bathroom cleaning through a contact provided by a friend, who assured us the booking was made through the Urban Company app. What we experienced was nothing short of a SCAM, and I now seriously question whether these con artists even work for you. They showed up in your branded T-shirts, but after this nightmare, I wouldn’t be surprised if they stole those too!

The so-called leader of this group, *Ravi Gautam* ( ), had the nerve to tell us we didn’t need to book through the app and could just deal with them directly. How stupid of us to trust anyone wearing UC branding! These lowlifes barely touched the kitchen—most drawers were left dirty after countless reminders—and the bathroom? STILL COVERED IN STAINS! This was a complete and utter joke.

I am demanding you take immediate action to TRACK DOWN this scam artist and his team of 5. If *Ravi Gautam* is an actual Urban Company employee, I expect him to be FIRED ON THE SPOT. You better believe I will NOT be letting this go. You need to get to the bottom of this and make sure these people never scam anyone again.

I also demand a FULL REFUND for this disgrace of a service. This is not just incompetence, this is outright theft. If I don't hear back from you with a resolution immediately, I will make sure this goes public and gets escalated to the highest possible level.

I have called them to repair my Bosch washing, after repair, fail to fix the problem during their 4-5 times visits, and I told Urban to refund my Rs. 12000/- In reply it was told me, that we can not refund the money but you can get it repaired from the Bosch company. Urban will pay expenses thereof.
I have given them the Bosch company estimate, but after that, they are not replying to me and kept mum.

Got regular maintenance and changed cartridges of my Kent RO a few minutes ago. The technician mentioned that the original equipment replaced, carry a 1 year warranty. However, he has mentioned in the invoice, that the warranty is until October'23....just 3 months!! This may please be resolved urgently.

Based on my first ever experience, I get the feeling that UC is not an honest company. I booked a 'wrong service' for my full house cleaning, which was cancelled after talking to UC (through assigned person) and getting assurance from UC that no cancellation charges would be applicable my case and I shall get full refund. This has not happened. UC website doesn't permit me to enter as to 'why my cancellation charges are unfair'. It doesn't seem possible to talk to UC on phone.
UC has eaten my Rs.999/-. I am feeling cheated. Very very bad UC

Very very poor Fridge Gas filling.

After 20 days Fridge Gas filling, no cooling.

Gas again leaked.

I live in New Jersey USA but have a flat in Bhopal 401 A / Neelgiri apartment, blue sky high rise bawadia Kala Bhopal india. Every time I visit Bhopal gets the flat cleaned by urban company and has had positive experience. I did the same in this February too while I was visiting Bhopal MP (india)

The experience was horrible. First the guys was expected to reach at 1 O clock and did reach at 5 , the workers were very unprofessional and pretty unhygienic themselves. They did such a bad job that I had stayed in hotel for few days. They were unprofessional in terms of ;
- on coming they said your house is furnishes and not vacant so we need additional money and will take it in cash, so I paid them Rs 1500 in cash besides due amount having been paid online
- they did ultra shabby job (see pics enclosed)
- they promised to come back and gave me time but did not show up and told they will arrive after 3 hours. Still did not show up, rather stopped taking my calls.

The employee who came for services was Dharmendra and the guy who was attending calls at urban company was Kishori lal. I demand some action be taken against them immediately.

I am a doctor and on my recommendaion multiple of my friends who have their hospitals in Bhopal have started using urban company, I will need to share my bad expereince with them if no immediate corrective action is taken.

I had been an invited for Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas (NRI day) and state guest to govetnment of india , I do not like when poor quality work by franchisee gives my country bad reputation.

If you update me on actions taken I will appreciate, otherwise will need to escalate my complainy further.
